Find Prosperity, Fulfillment, And Alignment In “The Genius Within” By Mike Zeller Set To Launch This Month

It’s easy to stay where we are; comfortable and appreciated. But that’s not how people grow. People feel stuck and restless because they want more from life but don’t know how to get it. You were meant for more, says business architect and entrepreneur Mike Zeller.

His work as a mentor in the business world empowers other entrepreneurs to find wealth, fulfillment and purpose. He founded the Symposia Mastermind to help thought leaders grow through the Prosperous Expert Pathway. Rooted in inspiration from Socrate, Mike firmly believes that, ‘People who accomplish extraordinary things put themselves in extraordinarily right positions.’ Mike recently, he announced the upcoming launch of The Genius Within: Your Natural Pathway to Impact, Fulfillment, & Wealth to bring this value to an even wider audience.

Actionable Advice Stemming from Personal Experience

Mike Zeller has founded or partnered in more than 20 ventures spanning multiple industries as a serial entrepreneur. Collectively, these businesses have achieved over $100 million in sales over the past decade. “Succeed at business. Win at life.” is the motto on his website.

But his ride hasn’t been all fun and games. He explains, “I’ve also lost over $1 million in bad business breaks, poor decisions, and investments that just didn’t turn out the way we expected. In one year, three of my businesses lost more than $100,000. Each. ‍I was frustrated, confused and exhausted. I knew I had to make a change.”

This drove him to study from the masters of the game—names like Tony Robbins, Ryan Deiss and Russel Brunson. He calculates that he spent over 20,000 hours studying tactics, mindsets, methods and more during that time. With so much knowledge accumulated on success, mindfulness and business strategy, the wins couldn’t help but spill into his own endeavors.

And this flipped the script.

Gradually, this led to launching more ventures, backing startups and mentoring more than 300 entrepreneurs. He says, “I now teach the solutions I learned during my darkest days—solutions that changed my life forever.”

How a Book Can Help You Find Purpose in Business

What am I meant to do? What is it that I’m really freaking good at? These are the questions that Mike Zeller hears over and over from people searching for a mentor.

It’s easy to get lost because we aren’t handed an instruction book or map at birth.

The Genius Within was born out of struggle,” he says about his new book. “When you go through the process outlined in the book, you will have the greatest accumulation of clues to help you discover who on earth you are and what on earth you’re meant to do.”

The book walks readers through the important steps to find themselves and discover their deepest calling. Those who discover what they are meant to do will gain success doing it. Tapping into the authentic self and unique talent is what sets an entrepreneur apart from the rest of the crowd.

The book outlines:

  • Four Ways to Uncover Genius: What your unique talents, key relationships, defining life experiences and values show about your buried genius.
  • How to Stop Self-Sabotage: How certain blockers and habits routinely interfere with your dreams, and methods to overcome these common issues.
  • Tactics to Quit Wasting Your Time: Learn methods to assess your time and energy to be more productive and do more of what you love (and less of what you don’t).
  • Establishing an Authentic-to-You Venture: How to anchor your career or business vision to your identity with a power-positioning statement.

Most entrepreneurs know their personal failures, barriers and challenges. However, knowing there is a problem and moving past it are two very different things. As a mentor, Mike has found he has a real knack for being a problem dissolver when it comes to finding your purpose and aligning it with building prosperity and fulfillment

Exploring the Drive Behind the Man

“Mentoring, for me, is this age-old art of helping someone grow into a new identity,” says Mike. “A great mentor is more than a coach and more than a teacher. A great mentor comes alongside and helps you believe in yourself. This helps you to know and see a pathway to actualize what you’ve known is always possible.”

Mike is responsible for working with 40-50 high-level entrepreneurs at any given time a top entrepreneur mentor and business architect. He wanted to impact more people, offering his tried-and-true methods in a book that anyone can access.

According to him, the best mentors connect with empathy, establish authority and impart belief. It’s that belief that carries someone forward into a new identity. This is what helps his clients move from what they knew was possible into a place where they are truly acting it out in life. Once entrepreneurs act on what they know is possible, success follows closely behind.

Mike’s book will help you explore your own limiting beliefs to find prosperity, success and positive change. Purchase your copy of The Genius Within today!

Mission Over Profits: How Sim Shain is Giving the Organ Transportation Industry a More Holistic Face

With his long history of philanthropic works, building companies that are dedicated to saving lives came naturally for Sim Shain. The CEO is the revolutionary mind behind ParaFlight and OrganFlights.com, merging healthcare and aviation into one mission-driven movement.

OrganFlights.com is hailed as one of the best in its field. The company provides OPOs and transplant centers with nothing but the best in air and ground transportation. OrganFlights plays a crucial role in ensuring that donated organs are safely transported to save patients nationwide. The company has a network of jets, helicopters, and emergency transport vehicles on standby, ready to hit the road or the air whenever duty calls.

OrganFlights.com has an interactive mobile app that provides immediate services. From urgent departures for transplant teams and medical professionals utilizing their nationwide network of on-call corporate jets and helicopters to their responsive 24 hour dispatch center, life saving transportation can be dispatched in as little as two hours. Besides transporting healthy organs, OrganFlights.com is also dedicated to transporting transplant teams, recipients, and family members to even the most far-flung areas across the country.

Founder and CEO Sim Shain is driven by the principle “Mission over profits.” His belief has guided him and his team to revolutionize the way organs are transported with the help of mobile technology, cutting-edge equipment, and an efficient system that wraps it all into place.

Sim Shain wasn’t always the entrepreneur he is today. Shain has been a paramedic since 1993, something he is still passionate about almost thirty years later.

As the story goes, Sim Shain was serving as a first responder during the 9/11 attack when he met a philanthropist and fellow paramedic volunteer, Steve Zakheim. The two had formed a strong bond and continued to volunteer worldwide, on-boarding charity flights to help thousands in need of medical help. Unfortunately, Zakheim passed away in 2012, but Sim Shain continued to live his legacy and built a business that is mission-driven and not profit-driven.

Taking care of people is at the very heart of Sim Shain and his companies. “We never capitalize on tragedy. That’s the opposite of the point of what we do. It’s about taking care of other people when they need it,” said the CEO. “We don’t say no to saving a life. Nothing else matters but taking care of people when they need it most. Money should never get in the way of that.”

Fueled by his desire to make a lasting impact, Sim Shain has completely transformed the industry with his unique innovations. The CEO has built a community of like-minded individuals committed to serving patients as much as himself. Through hard work, Sim Shain and his team now have access to hundreds of aircraft from other companies; all organized logistically through a central hub.

Consequently, the network effectively connects hospitals to OrganFlights.com to easily send a dispatch team to respond to an organ transportation procedure. Sim Shain prides his team on being professional and efficient, providing clients and medical professionals with real-time travel updates on transportation.

Asked how he feels about the way OrganFlights.com is changing the medical field after it introduced a more effective way of organ transportation, Sim Shain said that he and his team feel as if they’re on cloud nine every time they hear of a patient healing or an organ making it safely to another location. “It’s a huge blessing to be able to have this kind of impact.”

5 Ways to Empower Your Software Engineering Team

In the present world, software engineering teams require more than just a good salary and perks. “Yes, you will obviously have to offer the standard perks to attract employees,” says Prakhar Rawat, CTO of Simple.io. “But you will also have to build a work culture rich with intrinsic motivators alongside extrinsic motivators to retain employees in the long run,” he continues.

As an engineering manager or maybe a technology leader, one of your goals might be to empower your team to become better at their job, work autonomously, and be able to take charge on their own. In fact, that is what a good manager does—he/she builds a team and makes sure it functions smoothly even in his/her absence.

If you are looking to empower your software engineering team members, here are five tips that will help you do so.

  1. Make Regular 1:1s a Part of Your Schedule

A 1 on 1 is a meeting that happens between you and a single member of your team who reports to you. In simple words, it is a time dedicated to checking in on each other.

The meeting can be considered a safe space for your team members to openly and directly speak to you about any problems bothering them. In return, you can let them know what you can do to support them.

Indulging in regular 1:1s happens to be the easiest and most efficient way of getting to know all the members of your team. Moreover, it positively influences the way your team works and the work they do. In fact, it is crucial to managing your software development team the right way.

Now, your role as a manager would sometimes mean you are in the position to function as a project manager too. Hence, you might want to ask your direct reports about their progress on a project and their plans for this week. This will help guide your whole team on joint projects in a synchronized fashion.

When it comes to how many 1 on 1s you should include in your schedule, aim for once every two weeks. You can adjust this based on what works well for your team and, obviously, you.

  1. Set Clear Goals—Both Team and Individual

Your team will be able to tap into their greater potential only when you give them clear objectives to meet. They will only know what you want them to achieve when you share the goals you have in mind. So, consider putting up the general goals somewhere public, where even a new employee can see it and, instead of relying on assumed knowledge, can perform well right from the beginning.

Beyond team goals, you should also think about individual goals—these are the expectations set for each member of your team. While the individual goals should be aligned with your business goals, the key driver here should be personal development.

It is ideal to set these goals early as it will help lay the foundation for future conversations.

Often both team and individual goals are discussed once every year during an appraisal meeting and then forgotten. Scheduling regular 1 on 1s will help you steer clear of this mistake.

  1. Set the Example

Setting the example means you walk the talk. And this point is relatively easy to understand and put into practice. If you want meetings to start on time, ensure you are always there on time. If you want your software engineers to write issues with accurate details, make sure you do so always.

Oftentimes, managers expect their team to behave a certain way when they don’t personally act so. When you live the example, you are thereby developing trust and the expected culture.

  1. Know the Skillsets of Your Team

Software engineering teams often consist of people with a wide array of skill sets. As a manager, it is imperative that you know the specific skills of your team members. Why? Because it makes your job of delegating tasks on projects and planning for personal growth easier.

An inexperienced manager will typically split their team into frontend and backend software engineers. However, there exists more nuance to these skills than just the two categories. If you know the team member who is excited by accessibility, you will be better positioned to bring along the right person into a meeting.

While you don’t have to be an expert in all the skills that makes up your team, you should have a high-level overview to understand who to speak to when you require expert knowledge.

  1. Get Out of the Way

If we put getting out of the way in harsher form, it would be, “don’t micromanage.”

You have got a team of skilled software engineers. If you do everything else on the list, then you are setting them up for success.

You, as a manager, shouldn’t get in your team’s way by micromanaging every decision. Essentially, you shouldn’t try to force your authority on their work. Instead, allow your team to do what they are paid to do.

Now, we understand it might be tempting to micromanage decisions. But there is one great way you can avoid it—instill a culture of remote work. If you are not next to your team physically, you will be less likely to inject yourself in their way when it isn’t required.

Final Thoughts

In this post, we have showcased a few ways on how you can empower your software engineering team. Now, how do you know if your team is empowered?

A great indicator is them being able to keep things running even in your absence or without requiring managerial interference.

As a manager, you should always be open to offering concrete and good feedback. It will help you further empower your team and push them to perform better.

Paul Neff: The Self-Made Entrepreneur In E-Commerce and Digital Marketing

Paul Neff, 28, the digital entrepreneur, has now become a prominent name in the digital space in advertising and e-commerce. He has already generated over 240-million dollars online at such a young age. He started his business at just 22 in 2015, and never looked back. He not only expanded his business enterprise but also strategized new ways to generate more revenues for his firm.

But the journey was not easy. It was all about conviction and freedom. Despite working at a good position and earning six-figure salary at management consulting, somewhere he missed the mojo and spark in his professional life.

“My job was perfect. I loved every part of it. In fact, I am grateful to my previous job for teaching me a lot of things about mergers, acquisitions, psychology, finance, and accounting. But honestly, I wanted to do something more innovative. I wanted to launch my own advertising agency. I didn’t have much free time or freedom at my job. And that’s what inspired me to create my own advertising agency. I am also working on some other projects like launching my own energy drink brand soon,” Paul Neff.

Paul Neff not only worked a lot for his advertising agency, but also concentrated on his ecommerce and course sales. He also associated with the media to generate some additional income and revenues for his business.

Gradually, Paul started keeping aside his part of income for his business. When he realised his income was good enough to start a new venture, Paul Neff put all his effort, dedication, sincerity, and time into the business.

“Each business has a lot of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)—especially in ecommerce segment—but not all companies are offering excellent customer support services. The logistics are in shambles leading to subpar results. Unfortunately, this might lead to bad reputation and low turnout of sales. I believe every ecommerce seller can multiply their earnings by simply following the concept of addition by subtraction,” Paul Neff opined.

Instead of focusing on hiring too many employees, companies should focus more on improving the quality of their services and reducing operational cost when it comes to logistics and customer support services. This way, they would earn a lot of revenue and profit.

At present, Paul Neff’s advertising agency is recording its turnover of eight figures and more. All that he aims at is offering innovative advertising solutions to his clients.

Paul Neff has a unique way of promoting his clients. He launches special webinar sessions for his clients to expand their sales funnel. Paul provides a two-day sales training program to his clients based on their line of business, products and services they sell, and their gross annual sales and profits.

Clients can also opt for a webinar/ sales funnel to grow their business.

Some clients also opt for Paul’s exclusive webinar program through which he visits his client’s office or business site, and imbibe necessary entrepreneurial values and skills to also help your gross earning touch seven-eight figure mark every year.

Paul Neff is a vibrant example to the saying that hard work always pays off. He is someone who is not only full of entrepreneurial skills but lots of talent as well. Paul is himself an entrepreneur, who started very young with his limited savings. It was his vision and business acumen that have taken him so far.

Every firm owner should subscribe to his 90-day paid traffic profit program to multiply your earnings through minimal advertising and branding efforts. Paul takes just 14 days to show how creative and intelligent advertising generates instant results and online visibility for any business firm.

Leilani Kristina Fighting for Women’s Rights and Battling Exploitation

Crimes against women have been put under the spotlight following movements like the #MeToo movement that called out perpetrators who use women for selfish gains. Today, many young girls end up abused, accused, or harassed even before they reach the age of twenty. Women like Leilani Kristina are battling to ensure that this becomes part of forgotten history.

Leilani is an indigenous mixed-blood millennial who spent most of her life in Oahu, Hawaii. The women’s rights advocate fights against the exploitation of women and sex trafficking on top of her modeling and dancing career. Katrina has also worked with the UN Youth Council, UN Women at the Generation Equality Forum, and NYA Today, Mogul, Polaris Project and Gems Girls based in New York City. All this she has accomplished while also dancing and singing on theater shows and walking numerous catwalks every year.

Kristina also currently serves as one of the board of directors for a Washington, DC, law organization representing sex trafficking victims and sex workers. This driven passion for helping women have been exploited comes from a dark past that the dancer and rights advocate hopes will not be the case for others.

When she turned nineteen, Leilani Kristina moved back and forth between Los Angeles and New York to do dance work. Finally, at twenty-one, she found her niche in theater performing. However, that would open up a world of darkness, as Leilani would come into contact with someone who would eventually exploit, stalk, and harass her for many years. Thankfully, she would survive the ordeal and come out triumphant. But the experience would etch a mission on Leilani’s heart to fight against gender-based violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and all forms of violence against women, including stalking, harassment, and verbal abuse.

From a young age, Leilani has known what it’s like to have to persevere through hardships. At the age of twelve, she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which paused her pursuit of a career in dance and music. Two years later, she lost her hearing because of various ear infections and had to undergo an operation to remove a tumor. After six months of recovery, Katrina returned to dance and showed people around her that she wasn’t the type to back down.

Now, she practices that resilience in all of her life’s aspects, including her advocacy for women’s rights. Leilani is a highly authentic individual, often following a very “what you see is what you get” demeanor. She also pays homage to her multi-ethnic background and sees it as a major plus.

“Being a multi-ethnic person has always been a blessing in being able to fit in many realms, which has been most helpful in my work in human rights,” Katrina shares. “I believe there is always another way of being able to work towards your goals and dreams in life without compromising yourself in any way.”

Katrina also stands firmly on her faith as a Christian Jew and ensures that all she does stems from her beliefs. She hopes to continue becoming a strong force in the arts and entertainment while continually fighting for women’s rights and freedoms. Alexander Smith Shares His Journey From Selling Solar Panels Door-to-Door to Creating His Own Company Spartan Solar

The road to success is laden with plenty of setbacks that can test our resolve. With distractions running aplenty, it can be easy to lose sight of our goals. However, the magnitude of a person’s drive ultimately dictates their fate. For entrepreneur Alexander Smith, it took a while to lock in on his goal, but eventually he found his rhythm and developed Spartan Solar.

Established in March of 2021, Alexander Smith has created a unique culture filled with individuals who share his mission and vision: to provide the best opportunity available for anyone driven to become more and create a better life for themselves and their family through selling solar. Spartan Solar emulates a truly plug-n-play model that allows someone with absolutely no sales experience to become a six figure earner within their first year.

Spartan Solar takes pride in its services, boasting one of the fastest installation and activation timelines. Whereas other companies drag projects out for months due to inefficiencies, the company’s operations are streamlined. Spartan Solar has partnered with Titan Solar Power and they offer a 25-year-warranty, easing their clients’ concerns about any potential problems.

In less than a year, Spartan Solar has already established itself as one of the frontrunners of the solar industry. Within the first few months of operation, the team generated multiple high six-figure earners and has now grown to 36 sales reps and leaders. Their hard work has been integral in taking Spartan Solar to the next level, pacing to clear $30 million in sales in their first ten months in business.

Founder Alexander Smith graduated from Florida State University in 2016 with a triple major in Finance, Professional Sales, and Marketing. Although many would expect that his education played a factor in his success, it was experience that provided him with the knowledge that would boost his company to the top. “I learned more in the first three months of selling solar door-to-door than I did in the four years of college I attended,” he revealed.

Upon completing his studies, Alexander’s income came entirely from the commissions in his job as a salesman. Unfortunately, while he earned handsomely, the young entrepreneur would spend his money on vices that he later realized held him back from realizing his full potential. Eventually, Alexander realized that he needed to make some major changes in his life if he was going to make it to the top of the solar industry.

“I borrowed $4,000 from my grandmother so I could ship my car to California and pay the security deposit at my apartment. With no money in the bank to cover next month’s rent and locked into a 12-month lease, I definitely ‘burned my ships’ and had to put my head down and focus,” the entrepreneur shared, reflecting on the start of his journey selling solar.

Alexander would move to Florida in the early months of the pandemic working at KOTA Energy Group. Coupled with his prior experience, he would part ways from KOTA to start his own company, giving birth to Spartan Solar. “It was just a few of us back then, and we were working out of my living room, running meetings at my house for the next three months,” Alexander reveals.

Since then Spartan Solar has grown exponentially, not only providing an attractive alternative solution to homeowners’ energy problems, but also providing its sales force with a high energy culture to help cultivate every individual to hit their goals.
