Interviewer: Tania, your presence in New York has become synonymous with excellence across television, film, and the fashion industry. Could you share what drew you to this multifaceted career path?
Tania: Thank you for having me. My journey into this career began in school when I started studying journalism. It was a childhood inclination, and it all began with contributing articles to a children’s newspaper, capturing the essence of our school’s life. I transitioned to television by working as a correspondent and filming reports for news blocks, marking the initiation of my significant professional experience.
Interviewer: Early in your career, you gained prominence as a journalist known for tough questions. Have there been instances where your interviews took a more scandalous turn, and how do you navigate the responsibility to your viewers?
Tania: Yes, there have been instances, but it’s crucial to clarify that scandal isn’t my goal. My primary objective is to unveil the relevance of the issue at hand. I believe in conducting honest interviews that resonate with my viewers. While I touch on topics that might be provocative, my allegiance is always to the audience, safeguarding their trust in my journalistic integrity.
Interviewer: Being in the public eye, have you encountered negative feedback or “hate” from viewers, and how do you handle such challenges?
Tania: Unfortunately, it’s unavoidable. When you’re in the public eye, not everyone will appreciate your work. I vividly remember the first offensive message I received on social networks, which disheartened me. Seeking guidance, I approached my editor-in-chief the next day, expecting a critique. Surprisingly, he praised me, stating that such attention signifies success and popularity. It was a valuable lesson in understanding the other side of publicity. Despite occasional negativity, the love and support from viewers, like receiving a piece of jewelry for my birthday, reinforce my gratitude for making a positive impact.
Interviewer: As a morning broadcaster, you emphasize setting the right tone for your audience. Could you elaborate on what you believe the audience needs most?
Tania: Absolutely. The audience needs care, especially in the morning when their psyche is sensitive. I focus on setting up their day correctly by infusing energy and maintaining a high-quality broadcast. Working at premium events aligns with my passion for aesthetics, art, and talented individuals, contributing to a positive start for the audience.
Interviewer: Your recent interviews increasingly involve individuals from the fashion industry. What attracts you to fashion, and how do you perceive the industry’s evolving landscape?
Tania: Fashion is more than a visual spectacle; it’s a narrative of finding themselves in the right place. I aim to showcase the genius of individuals and emphasize the importance of internal content aligning with external factors. The industry’s recent transformations make it fascinating to witness. Today, each of us has the opportunity to influence fashion and beyond.
Interviewer: Finally, what motivates you in your work and career path, and do you have any advice for those seeking motivation in their professional journeys?
Tania: Motivation comes from consistently asking myself if this is what I want and if I genuinely desire it. If the answer is yes, I don’t allow myself to stop. The key is understanding that we intuitively know more and make the right choices, even if they may not seem logical at first glance. Trusting your instincts and staying committed to your chosen direction sets the stage for success.
