As of 2024, studies reveal a surge in demand for Guyana’s growing real estate market – as well as its naturally abundant oil and gas industry – with increased foreign investment and infrastructure development schemes entering the country. Recognizing the importance of her affiliations with this region, Providence works as a panelist and social advocate, sharing her knowledge on national modernization and architecture projects. To date, she has hosted five in-service workshops in Accra, Ghana, centered around real estate training and catering to the growing needs of the flourishing nation.

In the transformative wellness space, Providence aims to host an annual ‘Quality of Life’ conference, covering topics of quality of life, child welfare, and maternal health advocacy. Despite her personal connections to the Guyanese language, history, and culture, she comments: “I am always learning and my education is ongoing. I study societies and immerse myself into the lifestyles of the people, to understand them fully and embrace their way of life.” In doing so, Providence is well-placed and well-researched in providing specialized wellness initiatives to the wider community of Guyana.

As a writer and published author of I Am Beautiful: A Book of Affirmations for Little Girls that Will Change the World, Providence champions the value of art and literature to modern civilizations. When her son was just six months old, she established a literacy program designed for young children in her home borough of Brooklyn, New York. This work inspires her mission to create a fully detailed curriculum for the children of Guyana, focused on the studies of art and literature. Concurrent with her projects in the real estate and wellness space, Providence seeks to build an art residency in Guyana, reinforcing her belief that “art is a luxury that should be afforded to all.”

Providence’s approach is deeply intertwined with a community-centric philosophy, asserting that collective effort is pivotal for societal progress. Through her initiatives, she has fostered a strong sense of connection among residents, leveraging their common experiences of Guyanese life to fuel collaborative projects in real estate, art, and various business ventures. Her work doesn’t just stimulate economic growth; it also reinforces the social fabric by encouraging local artists, entrepreneurs, and families to engage more deeply with one another.

Her efforts extend beyond mere business interactions; Providence is committed to enhancing the overall well-being of her community through well-thought-out mentorship programs and initiatives aimed at improving quality of life. These programs are designed not only to provide skills and knowledge but also to strengthen the familial and community bonds that form the backbone of a thriving society.

Recognizing the potential for a transformative impact on Guyana’s social and economic landscapes, Providence is actively seeking investors and collaborators who share her vision. She envisions a partnership that not only drives financial returns but also contributes positively to the community’s development, fostering a prosperous environment where art, business, and family life can flourish together.

By inviting external investors and interested stakeholders to join her efforts, Providence aims to expand the reach and depth of her programs, bringing about significant changes that could set a precedent for community-driven development in Guyana and beyond. Her call to action is not just an investment opportunity; it’s an invitation to be part of a movement that seeks to empower a nation through unity, creativity, and shared purpose.
