With a career that bridges the worlds of business, writing, and media, Marshall is known for his work in Christian media and his commitment to charitable causes. From hosting YouTube series and producing Christian talk shows to authoring books that inspire faith-based living, Marshall has dedicated himself to spreading messages of hope, love, and personal growth through the lens of his Christian beliefs.

A Diverse Career in Faith and Media

Marshall’s journey into the public eye began in the business world, but his calling soon shifted to a broader stage. He launched his weekly YouTube series, Word of the Week, in January 2017, where he shares gospel teachings with a global audience. This series quickly gained popularity, attracting viewers from over 145 countries. Marshall offers spiritual insights through these weekly episodes and encourages viewers to deepen their faith in everyday life. Alongside his video content, he publishes a quarterly newsletter that reaches an ever-growing base of subscribers.

Expanding his media presence further, McKade Marshall serves as the executive producer and host of The Better View with McKade, a Christian talk show that delves into real-life issues from a faith-based perspective. Co-hosted by Mary Boland, Tanner Scott, and Amanda Tabor, the show fosters open discussions on how faith can be applied practically to navigate life’s challenges. Marshall’s philanthropic work extends internationally. After a two-week missionary trip with Iris Global to a Zimpeto orphanage in Mozambique, Africa, he fell seriously ill upon returning home. The life-threatening hallucinations caused by his malaria medication did not deter his passion for humanitarian work. Instead, these experiences seem to have only deepened his resolve to continue his fight against global poverty and help the less fortunate.

A Journey into Acting and Media Production

In addition to his work in faith-based media, McKade Marshall has also explored a career in acting. His entry into the world of performing arts is an extraordinary story of being drawn to the craft. While still in college, Marshall was approached by a Jewish photographer whose family owned a jewelry store in New York’s Diamond District. This chance encounter led to his modeling of high-end custom cufflinks, belt buckles, and necklaces. This marked his first step into the world of acting and performance, a path that continued with further opportunities in Malibu. There, he crossed paths with actress Trish Van Devere Scott and later studied under the guidance of actress Kate Jackson.

Marshall’s experiences in acting and media production have added another dimension to his public persona, allowing him to express his creativity and share his message of faith through various platforms. Whether in front of the camera or behind it, he continues to find ways to reach audiences with his unique blend of spirituality and storytelling.

Marshall’s Upcoming Book

Marshall is currently working on his fifth book, which delves into the intriguing subject of generational blessings and curses. This upcoming work explores the impact of family history on our present lives and the choices we face in embracing or breaking the patterns passed down through generations. 

He believes that while family lines carry both blessings and struggles, individuals can, with God’s help, actively decide what to carry forward and what to leave behind. This theme is expected to resonate with readers, as it touches on the universal battle of shaping one’s identity in light of family legacy.

In addition to his work in books, Marshall is also venturing into screenwriting. His current screenplay tells the story of a fictional character who finds himself torn between the alluring but often deceptive Hollywood Dream and the realities of self-discovery. Marshall acknowledges that this new endeavor has its challenges, admitting that, at times, he feels overwhelmed by the complexity of the craft. However, he remains committed to learning and growing through the process, finding inspiration in the unique storytelling opportunities that screenwriting offers.
