After such a statement and thanks to Irina’s extraordinary professional skill, interest in her within the fashion circles significantly increased, positioning her as an influential figure in the fashion industry. At the end of last year, the designer boldly showcased a collaboration with a scientific think tank Applied Physics. The Cosmic Charm collection was presented at the Follow Your Heart International Miami Film Festival and Art Fashion Show, dedicated to 10 stars, 9 of which are the brightest in the universe, and the 10th star symbolizes ourselves. The concluding dress of the collection, named YouStar, with a long train and beautiful pearl and diamond-style stones, was particularly striking and impressive.
The creation of this collection was inspired by the renowned auction house “Fortuna” located on 5th Avenue in New York, with which Irina closely collaborates. The jewelry and watch boutique represents a global market for buying and selling jewelry and accessories to customers worldwide. Irina, as a knowledgeable fashion connoisseur and art enthusiast, was amazed by a ring sold for $994,000. Looking at it, for the first time in the entire history of her personal brand, she wanted to add enchanting jewelry reminiscent of diamonds and pearls to her exclusive Cosmic Charm collection of black evening dresses. Surprisingly, this resonated with the American audience, and the first dress was sold for $1,100 immediately after the show.
The talented and successful Irina Kariagina, despite her youth, has always stood out from other designers with an innovative approach, creative creativity, and bold experiments with clothing and materials. A few years ago, in collaboration with her partner Evgeniy Kuznetsov, she developed a Fashion application with machine learning for iOS and Android operating systems, incorporating online voting for clothing choices, columns with articles from popular fashion magazines, and personal articles by authors. Simultaneously, work was underway on the development of a demo version for convenient clothing searches on all online platforms based on specified parameters.
At the same time, Irina showed professional interest in virtual clothing try-ons. Virtual try-ons are achieved by scanning the body through the camera of the latest smartphone models, based on augmented reality technology. In 2022, the designer scanned her body and began developing her virtual copy to create an online consultant and a convenient mannequin for purchasing outfits, adjusting to the customer’s parameters. In the summer of 2023, Irina, together with stylist Daria Alexeeva, presented the unique Infinity collection, showcasing a striking blend of avant-garde and elegance. The dresses from the presented line served as the first collection to launch a new era in the fashion world, where virtual copies of products can be not only sold but also used for online try-ons.
Currently, the young ambitious designer collaborates with several New York companies to create corporate clothing. In her priority plans is the opening of her factory for the production of high-quality corporate T-shirts at affordable prices.
Irina Kariagina’s design professionalism, along with the application of innovative technologies to transform fashion, particularly stood out in collaboration with the leading manufacturer of professional clothing and equipment for individual and club sports, N1Sport. In the designer’s plans for 2024 is the sale of high-quality sports apparel with USA symbolism for enthusiasts of various sports, as well as the production of individual batches according to customer’s custom orders.
