The global pandemic has undoubtedly impacted so many careers and businesses on a global scale. As such, many individuals end up with a lot of free time. While most people spend this to relax and take things slow, Anita Tebo Kenosi channeled her energy toward one of her passions. Hence, she created the rising YouTube channel, Happy Muncher Traveler.
The channel features lifestyle, travel, and food vlogs that showcase different cultures and eats all over the world. Since starting in August of 2021, the adventurous woman has been trying out the best bites and delicacies in several countries. She also goes sightseeing and visits local hot spots such as beaches.
On top of its captivating videos, what makes Happy Muncher Traveler stand out is its dedication to positivity. Anita Tebo Kenosi knows that people are already going through many problems and is committed to providing her fans and viewers with some lighthearted and inspiring content.
As she proudly said, “Happy Muncher brings the world to your screens, with tales of a faraway land, exotic dishes and sharing them on YouTube.” She went on to add, “My mission is to show the world the most exciting foods around the world, interesting restaurants, and beautiful places as I go. My channel is about positivity, and I vlog about the beauty and the amazing foods of every country I visit. ”
With her charm and Happy Muncher Traveler’s remarkable content, Anita Tebo Kenosi was able to grow her influence online. In just under a year, she has amassed nearly 4,000 subscribers on YouTube and a cumulative view count of 250,000.
But at the same time, the vlogger also had her fair share of struggles along the way. Aside from the usual hiccups travelers often experience, such as traveling expenses, canceled delays, currency exchange, and checking times, there is also the added challenge of moving about during a pandemic that entails COVID tests as well as other restrictions. On top of that, she also had to shoot and edit her videos using just her phone, which sometimes ran out of battery juice.
When asked what pushed her to create the Happy Muncher Traveler, she candidly answered, “I like to inspire people of color all over the world to travel the world to live outside their comfort zone.” In addition to that, the content creator has always been passionate about good food. She shared, “My mom always cooks amazing different cuisines from around the world, and this motivated me to travel. I always wanted to be a chef, and I hope one day I will own my own restaurant.”
Moving forward, Anita Tebo Kenosi plans to scale her success and reach a wider audience. She also hopes to travel to more countries and get to know the people, their culture, and of course, taste their food.
But above all, she aims to be a beacon of hope. She explained, “I aim to lead by example to the youth to chase their dreams and that it’s possible to be anywhere in the world while doing everything you love.”
