Tiffany Williams-Parra: Life and Fitness Coach Enabling Others to Live Life to the Full

Many times, people get held back in life because of bad health choices. Successful life coach and fitness trainer Tiffany Williams-Parra has seen it many times before and is now on a relentless mission to rescue as many people as she can from the grips of unhealthy lifestyles and stress-filled living.

Tiffany is the founder of Phoenix Fitness Fanatics Magazine, a publication that seeks to bring inspiring stories and content to people who want to be free from unhealthy choices. She also leads a community called Fitness Is My Life, where she offers online workouts, group health coaching, and individual transformational coaching packages, among many other things. All that to say, the coach and facilitator does everything in her power to create a roadmap for people to achieve better health through the right mindsets and practices.

This journey began for Tiffany back in 2008 after she had fallen into the trap of unhealthy living. She was regularly downing fast food, drinking, missing exercise, and living with a lot of stress. After realizing that she needed to change, Tiffany dedicated her whole being to getting back into shape. After a long and tedious fitness journey, she lost one hundred pounds and improved her physical and emotional wellbeing by miles.

After experiencing her own breakthrough, Tiffany Williams-Parra realized that her journey was far from over. She began to understand that she now also had a mission— to help others experience the same breakthrough. So she started teaching others how to live better by choosing health, self-care, and right living from that point on.

Tiffany noticed early on that what people who wanted to become healthier lacked most of the time was a drive to keep going despite the temptations and challenges. There was very little difference between that struggle and the fear of stepping out of one’s comfort zone for the life and fitness coach. So she started injecting mindset coaching to help people overcome the psychological struggle so they could physiologically improve.

One thing that sets Tiffany apart is her dedication to leading by example. She shares her journey and regimens on all her platforms and readily provides anyone who needs a boost with the right motivation and education. The coach does more than provide information. She connects with people at a deep level, cementing trust and empathy into the way she runs her practice.

Accordingly, many students have enrolled in her programs— the most notable being her “30-Day Rapid Weight Release Program” and “Weekend Warrior Course.” Tiffany is also a celebrated author of three books that have helped people with their fitness and positive mindset creation journey.

More than anything, Tiffany is highly passionate about seeing results in her life and that of her clients. She does whatever it takes to help anyone who resolves to change their narrative and body story reach their ultimate goals. Tiffany hopes to network with more thought leaders in the coming months, create a network of trainers and coaches, and exponentially grow her efforts to help more people live without limits by choosing health and fitness. Recently, Tiffany has joined the Leadership Experience Tour by the world-renowned speaker and leadership mentor Shawn Fair to get closer to that goal.
