Fitness Coach Wioletta Pawluk Helps Clients Attain Overall Wellness

Many fitness trainers and athletes only focus on physical fitness, but there is more to overall wellness than just exercise. One fitness coach is helping clients by not only making them healthier physically, but also inspiring them to find their hidden gifts in life. This coach is challenging the status quo in the online fitness industry by helping people improve their whole selves.

Wioletta Pawluk is a fitness coach who is originally from Poland, but is now based in the United States. She has made it her mission to provide the best service in wellness for her clients, and is motivated by seeing them succeed in other aspects of their lives. She became an online coach to help others on their fitness journeys and get in shape. Wioletta creates the best-suited diets and workouts for clients all over the world.

Being pushed by others in the fitness industry

Wioletta Pawluk has met a lot of interesting people in the fitness industry through her involvement in various events. From being a translator for Mateusz Kieliszkowski in a Strongman competition, being sponsored by meal prep company Trifecta, supplement brand Cutler Nutrition represented by the bodybuilding champion Jay Cutler, and being invited by Mark Henry to attend WWE tryouts, she’s met people who have pushed her. Now, she trains almost every day and is best known for her legs, glutes, and big calves. In 2018, she left her office job to finally focus on fitness, where she belongs.

Working hard on fitness and other passions

In addition to fitness, Wioletta has also worked on other passions of hers, including architecture, modeling, and painting. She graduated from the New York City College of Technology, majoring in Architecture. While in school, she started modeling. Wioletta starred in TV shows and even performed in music videos for rappers like 50 Cent, Puff Daddy, and Trey Songs. Her lead role in the music video for A$AP FERG ft. A$AP ROCKY gave her a following on social media as “Shabba Girl.”

This recognition online has allowed followers to be inspired by her, and even discover her other talents, like painting. Her instagram page shows another side to her. She loves to paint on canvas and design custom jackets with portraits on the backs. Although she has worked hard on other interests, she has always been heavily involved in sports and resorts back to her main love of fitness.

Inspiring others to be happy

Her interests outside of fitness are a source of motivation for clients to focus on what makes them happy. “It’s amazing to watch so many of my clients who started their fitness journey. After a few months, I see them working hard on their crafts like cooking healthy meals, signing to new supplement companies, becoming influencers,” Wioletta said. She says she loves to lead by example. Wioletta shows her followers that she is also focusing on other talents, which helps them see that they can do it too. She says that hard work is the key to success in anything you do.

“From the beginning of my fitness journey, I believed only in hard work. Self discipline and consistency are the key to success. There are no shortcuts.”

What sets Wioletta apart from other coaches are the ways that she motivates her clients and befriends them. Through her online fitness challenges and posting clients’ success on social media, Wioletta is there to make the journey fun and impactful. In the future, followers can benefit from her new fitness app. It will include virtual workouts that can be done at home or the gym, healthy recipes, motivational videos, wellness tips, and more.
