Dylan Sessler Is A Beacon of Light For Those Suffering With Their Mental Health

The mental health issue has been a growing problem for our world today. The modern world is rife with stressors, and trauma triggers; and many people from all over the world have been struggling with mental health issues. Thankfully, the stigma has steadily been going away, and people like mental health coach Dylan Sessler are responsible for pushing the conversation forward in hopes of finally eradicating this prominent issue.

Mental health conditions are often brought about by traumatic experiences and events in one’s life that could trigger these responses. This typically leads to self-harm, substance abuse, and the worst of all, suicide.

When left unchecked, most people will fall into a deep depression,  living unproductive lives ridden with pain, fear, and suffering. Fortunately, mental health coach Dylan Sessler is leading the charge in helping these individuals step out of the darkness and overcome their mental health struggles once and for all with the right kind of approaches, insights, and mindset.

Dylan Sessler communicates his positive voice and teachings to the world as an esteemed motivational speaker and podcast host. His podcast, The Dylan Experience, tackles many mental health issues and helps alleviate them by reminding people that they are never alone in their battles against their conditions.

Dylan Sessler is also the author of the critically acclaimed book entitled “Defy the Darkness: A Story of Suicide, Mental Health, and Overcoming Your Hardest Battles.” The self-help book helps readers assess their situations and helps them tackle them day by day, building a positive mindset and eventually seeing the beauty in the lives they are living.

The esteemed mental health coach has also gone through a rough patch in his early life. Dylan Sessler lost his father at the young age of 6 to suicide. The tragic event led him to learn everything he could about mental health issues and the struggles that often come along with them.

At the age of 25, Dylan Sessler came close to ending his own life after falling down the deep hole of depression himself. Fortunately, due to focused effort he was able to recover and has now become a beacon of light for other victims of mental illness.

“I realized just how limited society’s ability to discuss things like suicide and mental health really was. So I set out to change that to ensure that we can open up the conversation about things like suicide, trauma, and mental health,” explained Dylan.

With the power of digital technology and social media, Dylan Sessler has been able to reach an even wider audience through his content. He began sharing short, sweet, and encouraging content on TikTok in January 2020.

Throughout the years, Dylan Sessler has managed to grow his following and reach an even bigger audience. Currently, he has over 500,000 followers across his social media platform.

His content usually involves having real conversations about the importance of mental health. Dylan’s devotion to giving his audience hope during the darkest times of their lives is something that he prays will help reshape how society regards mental health.

Dylan Sessler also offers a coaching program that serves as a safety net and a more practical solution compared to the outdated mental health system in the United States.

While Dylan is not against the medical treatment of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, what he offers is an opportunity that can be added to the medical treatment of these conditions.

Truth be told, there is no one-size-fits-all solution towards curing depression and PTSD. There are, however, healthy habits and disciplines that one could build to curb their mental health issues.

Through his personal experience with mental health issues, Dylan Sessler is the definitive authority when it comes to mental health coaching. He is truly carving a path for people to be healed through positivity, and it’s extremely exciting to see where it goes down the line.
