Coach Lisa Chaves Encourages Others to Get Strong, Fit and Grounded Through Her Natural Fitness Videos, Programs, and Vacation Plans

Everyone wants to look and feel youthful and smooth in the way they move.  And everyone wants to look and feel healthy and fit.  But there’s no doubt that as the body ages, it gets a little more difficult to do things like pick up the keys off the floor with grace.  However, Coach Lisa Chaves is teaching and inspiring others to feel better, look better, and live better with her fun and natural style of fitness training.

Based out of big and vibrant New York City for 20 years, Coach Lisa Chaves has made a mark for herself as an elite Personal Trainer, having worked with Broadway Producers and Ambassadors, 14-year olds to 90-year olds, healthy and vibrant to de-conditioned and immobile.

6 years ago, Lisa began to create a video library of exercises and routines she deemed most valuable for her clients that would help them continue to do all of the physical things that they love to do for years and years to come.  Her motto has been “Move More, Age Less.”

Her content can be found on her ‘Move Naturally’ YouTube Channel, but she also offers a deeper dive into the practice through her Patreon platform.  There she is able to guide her patrons in a cohesive and fun manner as they create their own movement practice with the tools Lisa provides.

And for those that wish to dive even deeper into movement training, not just for the physical benefits, but for the mental and spiritual effects as well, Lisa works with clients one-on-one both online and on the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica.

Any viewer that peruses Lisa Chaves’ YouTube channel will be enchanted by the pristine beach settings and surprised by the wide variety of content that makes exercise look fun and practical.

Coach Lisa says, “I want to get people doing things they do in their everyday lives and then do them better; with better control, better coordination, improved grace and ease.  And then I also want them to play and explore their body’s capabilities.  This style of training will leave you feeling less stiff and achy and more energized and empowered.  You can literally cure yourself of your aches and pains by incorporating this training style into your daily life, and you don’t need a gym or any expensive and bulky equipment to do so.”

Since the pandemic, Lisa has been spending her time mainly in Costa Rica, and it is from there that she will be offering Movement Training vacations in 2022.  She will also be offering a few spots for one-on-one online coaching in the new year to give her online audience more ways to dive into the practice more completely with her guidance.

Lisa believes that movement training is so much more than just exercise for the body. Lisa believes that by connecting with the body daily, especially out in nature,  we can develop a practice of self-care that has powerful and positive impacts on the mind and the soul and can be transformative in our lives.

Her movement vacations will be designed for those who wish to dive deep into the training practice for better health and fitness but also for personal development and growth.
