American Pro Soccer Player Eric Friedlander Brings 8 Years Of European Training To The Palm Of Your Hand

Celebrated footballer Eric Friedlander (many people may know him as RicFit) has launched an app for all soccer players to help them with training and wellness.

The RicFit Academy App lays out a simple blueprint for players to follow along with professional training sessions from start to finish. Specifically, this includes weekly technical training sessions, pro tips from elite players around the globe, nutrition tips, and mindset/lifestyle tips to prepare you mentally for the game’s highs and lows.

There are many beneficial features included in the RicFit Academy App that footballers can use to help them reach their full potential. There are mini-courses in the app to help educate young players so they can learn to take control of their development. Eric Friedlander, who is also a certified Precision Nutrition coach, will be sharing nutritional tips. Every week there is also a new “pro player tip” from Eric’s global network of players. Many of them are players he had on his podcast, and others are good friends that play at a top level! This will help you follow in their footsteps to learn how to improve your daily habits and routine and reach the pro level!

Eric started RicFit Academy to educate players and encourage them on their journey by sharing valuable tips. “When I first started training with the ball, I had no one to guide me. I didn’t develop my technique until about 21 in Germany. This is the app that I wish I had when I was six years old. If I had this app at six years old, I could guarantee I would be playing in one of Europe’s best leagues!”

Eric Friedlander started playing soccer at the age of 4. He always knew that he wanted to one day play professionally in Europe or the US, and as soon as he turned 15 years old, Eric began his training and even started going to the gym.

Eric’s mother and stepfather introduced him to their gym to keep him “preoccupied.” Eric was in his rebellious teen phase and would constantly get in trouble at school, which saw his mother introduce him to her gym. Because he didn’t know much, Eric started talking to bigger guys, asking them how to get stronger and bigger. He thought this was the key and followed them for almost two years.

“I knew that I had to put in a lot of time outside of team training to improve my game physically, technically, and tactically, and with the workouts, I thought I was adding power to my game. But all I was doing was working on physical appearance, not strength,” says Eric.

With RicFit Academy App, he intends to help other young players avoid similar mistakes and become better players.
Eric is a NASM-certified personal trainer, a Precision Nutrition Coach, and an EXOS Performance Specialist. He is DBC Level 1 qualified and has attended the internationally recognized EXOS Internship, Phases 1, 2, and 3. He continues his studies online (while playing in Europe) with Guy Voyer, a French Osteopath who previously worked at French Club, Marseille. Friedlander is also a MyoFascial stretching expert and a Certified Conditioning Coach under Joel Jamieson.

As you can see, he has a decorated background and is obsessed with learning. Friedlander studied the body and soccer for over 13 years and has packaged all the information on the app. Eric said, “I am a student of the game. I am a student of life. I strongly believe you can never learn too much. Plus, everything I learn off the pitch helps me on the pitch and helps all of my one on one clientele, so I enjoy learning new things!”

RicFit Academy App has over 1350 training drills, nutrition courses, mindset courses, and pros tips from the pros. The app also has exclusive rewards and access to a global network. One of the best rewards you can receive is the ability for Eric to fly you out to wherever he is in the world; he will house you, feed you and train you for three days for free.

Eric’s ultimate goal is to build an academy in Eastern Europe to help bring American players overseas much earlier and allow them to play at higher levels than in the United States. He wishes he had gone to Europe when he was 15 years old rather than 20 years old.

Everything Eric has built and intends to create is something he wishes he had. He wants to give young footballers everything he wished he had when he started playing the game and aimed to become a professional.

If you want to get started with Eric, he currently offers a Seven Day Free Trial of his app. If you don’t like it after seven days, you can cancel your trial and not get charged a dime. All you have to do is go to his website and click “Start Your Free Trial.”  From there, pick if you want to do the 1-month, 3-month, or 12-month option.

If you want more exclusive access to Eric and an individual plan based on your goals, and past training and injury history, you can apply to work with him one-on-one via his professional coaching program. He is currently coaching & has coached numerous Pro Footballers (about 40 Top Professionals to date), including Pablo Sabbag, Osaze Urhoghide, Samuel Kroon, Jamie Hopcutt, Chris Pinkham, John Hollinger, Kyriakos Antoniou, and Noah Abrams. Also, three players from La Liga, five from the English Championship, three from the 1st League in Israel, and two from the Eredivisie (Holland) whose names would all like to be disclosed due to “pushback from their pro clubs.”

Eric is very picky about who he works with because he holds every client to the same standards he has himself to. If he doesn’t believe he can get you results based on your application, Friedlander will not work with you because he doesn’t want to waste your time or money.

If you don’t have the money or you don’t think you have the level of commitment to work with Eric, you can start with his free content. He has put out over 6,000 pieces of free content on social media. He has plenty of full follow-along workouts on his YouTube channel, very informative long-form articles on his blog, and tons of tips on his Instagram and TikTok to help you achieve your goal of being a better athlete and better person. You can also hit the “free resources” tab on his website to get free workouts, ball master programs, and nutrition tips to physically and mentally take you to the next level!

We wish you the best of luck, Eric!
