Growing up, John W. Louis witnessed first-hand how diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure negatively impacted the lives of many of his family members. Aware of how they suffered, he vowed to make a change and took control of his health and his life.
John is now a health and fitness transformation coach, changing the lives of others through an online health and fitness coaching program. He has since helped transform CEOs, athletes, celebrities, busy professionals, and even stay-at-home parents to go beyond the impossible.
Over the past 15 years, John has turned average, everyday people, into the superhero version of themselves. Having studied Exercise Science and completed the NASM certification, he knows the ins and outs of living a healthy lifestyle.
Before John became a renowned coach, he first had to embark on his own fitness journey. As a teenager, John was insecure and often compared himself to others. He was a constant target for bullying, which had a heavy impact on his self-esteem. While his peers were confident about themselves, John woke up every morning and felt hatred when he looked in the mirror.
Overwhelmed by shame, John recalled one morning lying in bed, trying to figure out how to fix his body. He was extremely skinny and desperate to improve his appearance. It was then that he decided to try every program he could get his hands on, working to the point of exhaustion. Instead of focusing on the negativity of those around him, he spent his time reading and educating himself on every aspect of health and fitness.
While he began to see results, his biggest transformation did not occur until he hired several health and fitness coaches. He invested in order to learn from some of the best coaches in the world, and it was worth it. John finally began to build muscle, develop confidence in his appearance, and felt better overall.
As John got older, all of this came to an abrupt halt. His metabolism slowed down, and he suddenly gained over 40 pounds of body fat. But he did not allow this obstacle to overcome him. His mindset was still focused on transformation, and so he dedicated his time to improve himself further.
Over time, John managed to achieve the best shape of his life. He went on to compete as an IFBB Pro Athlete and, along the way, taught hundreds of people, from all walks of life, how to build their confidence and get the body of their dreams. He has helped them turn their lives around, just as he did.
What makes John stand out among other health and fitness transformation coaches is his ability to transform a person’s body without giving up their favorite foods. He recognizes that people are more motivated when they can exercise and, at the same time, eat their favorite food right after. By designing a specialized diet that each client genuinely enjoys, he ensures that they get their desired physique and can sustain it.

Today, he just started his YouTube channel transforming singer, songwriter, and most known as X factor Season 2 Finalist, Tara Simon, into becoming her version of Wonder woman. Recently, John helped a father – with a goal to get on stage one day – drop over 160 lbs and build muscle at the same time. He has also helped a busy mother and a wife who thought it was impossible to lose weight after her first child, but in just a few months, she already felt sexy and toned to the core.
