Timur Tilenov, the Founder of AITIM Awards, hosted the exclusive and prestigious AITIM Awards on December 15, 2023, for the first time ever. The event had hosted 150 attendees from 15 states and five countries, who were fully immersed in the glamor and prestige of the black-tie event, complete with a red carpet and a gourmet dinner. The awards ceremony had been by invite-only, showcasing the year’s most esteemed entrepreneurs and industry leaders. It had recognized many of the year’s achievements and allowed attendees to network among themselves, strengthening the business community present at the event and fostering a sense of camaraderie among the attendees.

The AITIM Awards Event had been hosted by AITIM Holding Group, a business consulting group founded and led by Timur Tilenov. This serial entrepreneur had managed to build his consulting group from the ground up to become one of the fastest-growing business consulting groups in the country. Through Tim’s pivotal role in launching numerous successful businesses and driving substantial growth, he and his dedicated team had devised a methodology to evaluate and recognize businesses and professionals demonstrating genuine and remarkable growth in their respective industries.

Best Restaurant of the Year

Awarded to Jibek Jolu, an authentic Kyrgyz restaurant in Chicago, IL. This restaurant serves many central asians that are reminiscent of the hometowns of those who immigrated from Kyrgystan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The hearty meat and noodle dishes bring out the nostalgia of the beautiful Kyrgyz country. 

Best Blogger of the Year

Awarded to rapidly growing Youtuber and blogger, Elnura Moldokadyrova aka @Kyrgyzka_v_Amerike, who dedicates her time to shedding the light on the realities of living in America. 

Breakthrough of the Year

This award will be recognizing Arzan for their tremendous contribution to Kyrgyz traditions and for helping immigrants feel at home by providing a variety of services such as a grocery store, homestyle cafe, beauty salon and flower shop.

Best Marketing Company of the Year

PixelCo, a digital marketing company led by Alina Nauruzova and Yana Narynska, has been awarded for its outstanding work. The company is a full-cycle marketing agency that can handle everything from brand formation and corporate identity to full-scale PR of the company and brand packaging and production on any online platforms. PixelCo has established itself as a leader in marketing in the trucking industry of the USA, thanks to its many years of experience in this industry, and a complete understanding of all the necessary processes. The company’s unique approach to marketing ensures successful campaigns and solid results.

Best IT School of the year

This award goes to Codewise Academy, a school dedicated to equipping new IT specialists for the real world of work. By attending the courses offered by Codewise Academy, students can become an IT specialist within a couple of months).

Businesswoman of the Year

Awarded to Gulzina Eshbaeva for her first halal farm and resort “AGRA” located in Barrington, IL. This farm offers a variety of fresh, organic meats for sale such as poultry or beef.

Best Startup of the Year

The best startup of the year is named to be “PURE Carwash” a Kyrgyzstan based franchise that expanded into the United States and is located in Chicagoland area. PURE Carwash is distinguished as the first premium self car wash in the area.

Best Trucking Company of the Year

This award will go to “Sam Express”, a rapidly growing trucking company based in Chicagoland. Sam Express currently has an impressive fleet of 350 trucks and is adding new trucks regularly. The company continues to garner great reviews from both drivers and their partners. Sam Express and AITIM will collaborate on the grand prize of $50,000 towards the transportation of goods to the company that is awarded the most distinction during this award ceremony. 

Best Educational Project

This award will be recognizing “Silk Road International School Chicago”, dedicated to teaching young minds by following the Cambridge curriculum since 1999 with headquarters in Bishkek. This school also has tons of additional cultural activities such as dances and clubs that furthers the enrichment of its student. 

Best Sport Project

This award will go to the “Illinois Team” for the development of sports in Chicago and the unification of different diasporas through the organization of large-scale sporting events.
