Fattima Amaral celebrates 30 years of success and prestige as among Brazil’s respected Public Relations professionals

Fattima Amaral, one of Brazil’s respected PR professionals, celebrates the consolidation of a 30-year career marked by professionalism, perfectionism, determination, and diversity. Her work, driven by success and prestige, can be seen in major events involving personalities from various entertainment and business sectors. Through her hands have passed and continue to pass national and international shows, such as Titãs, Tiago Abravanel, Coldplay, and Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as book launches by renowned writers and celebrities like Britney Spears, “A Mulher em Mim.” The renowned Camarote Bar Brahma, for which Fattima Amaral has been the official PR for 23 years, stands out as a sought-after and coveted list in the São Paulo Carnival.

The journey of Fattima Amaral took a turn in the 90s when she decided to resign from a bank director position to pursue her dream of being a Public Relations (PR) professional. Being an RP is a profession that demands various skills, some innate and others acquired through experience.

Major artists like Art Popular, Jorge Aragão, Jorge Bem Jor, Leona Cavalli, Vanessa Giacomo, Malvino Salvador, among others, were the first clients of the agency founded by Fattima Amaral. Over the years, she has further honed her communication skills and built a network of partners, establishing herself as a successful RP. She has managed large events, including corporate ones, accumulating functions in media and press relations, necessitating navigation in a universe that enhances visibility and success.

On a more relaxed day, she tends to work up to 14 hours, drawing inspiration and mentorship from her resilient, determined, and persevering mother. Fattima Amaral leads events that create unique moments impacting the lives of thousands. Her trademarks include a smiling and swift communication style, along with expertise in conflict resolution.

Fattima Amaral reveals that her VIP lists are eclectic, featuring personalities from various segments, emphasizing relevance and authority. She explains that the world is increasingly niche-focused, requiring a composition of names from different areas, each in their niche and authority. She brings singers, actors, influencers, entrepreneurs, journalists, international names, among other personalities, creating an appealing mix for parties and events.

She highlights the biggest challenges of her career today, focusing on safeguarding her brand as she enjoys prestige and authority, catering to a renowned audience that trusts her professionalism. While offering suggestions, the final decision always lies with her client. The secret to success in this field, according to her, involves discretion, empathy, dedication, delivering unique experiences, and facing challenges as learning processes.

One of the standout cases in Fattima Amaral’s career is undoubtedly the success of the Bar Brahma VIP Lounge: “I have been with Álvaro Aoas, the owner of Bar Brahma, since the beginning. Initially, I invited people from the parade and took them to the VIP lounge. Today, we bring them. There were many challenges, and now seeing the potency it has become, the largest VIP lounge in São Paulo, which didn’t have this characteristic or carnival profile as in Rio de Janeiro, we have conquered our space through competence and glamour.”
