Milana Valmont: Creator of a Self-Hacking Coaching Method that Helps Investors and Traders Succeed and Find Balance

Interviewer: Milana, it’s a pleasure to have you with us today. Let’s start at the beginning. Could you share more about your journey from Moscow to becoming an international entrepreneur and the driving force behind your transition from the financial sector to a blockchain entrepreneur?

Milana Valmont: Thank you for having me, and moving to America at 14 opened up new opportunities for me. After graduating from Fordham University with a major in psychology and economics, I entered the financial sector and later ventured into blockchain entrepreneurship. The shift was driven by a passion for innovative technologies and a desire to explore new frontiers in launching projects. After 5 years of working with and launching other projects, and serving as a CEO for one of them, I’ve realized that I find launching people and seeing them succeed with my help is much more satisfying. So I’ve made it my life’s mission.

Interviewer: Your approach, known as “self-hacking,” is intriguing. Could you elaborate on what self-hacking entails and how it became the foundation of your method?

Milana Valmont: Self-hacking optimizes life processes and reprograms brain and behavior patterns in order to achieve greater quality of life and success. It is a new innovative approach

for the greater personality assembly. To achieve success, one needs to go beyond conventional tools and tap into the correct state of mind, subconscious and emotional patterns.

Interviewer: Many people struggle with managing their emotions while investing, trading, and growing their business. How do emotions play a role in success or failure, and what advice do you give individuals looking to improve their emotional intelligence?

Milana Valmont: Emotions play a critical role in decision-making, especially when it comes to business, trading and investing. Emotions can significantly influence both the attainment of desired wealth and the potential for substantial financial losses. Therefore, effective emotion management is crucial, particularly in times of market volatility. When it comes to investing and trading – recognizing and mitigating FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and the Echo Chamber Effect is also crucial. FOMO often leads individuals to make impulsive investments or chase after trending assets without conducting thorough research, driven by the fear of missing out on potential gains. Additionally, the Echo Chamber Effect, where individuals surround themselves with like-minded individuals who reinforce their beliefs and strategies, can create a false sense of security. It limits exposure to diverse perspectives and critical analysis, potentially causing you to overlook important factors and make uninformed financial choices. In both these examples, people suffer from “anxious monkey brains,” lack critical thinking, and have low levels of intuition, which is basically our inner statistical analysis of previous experiences and knowledge. People just tend to choose not to listen to themselves.

Developing emotional intelligence involves acknowledging and understanding your emotional responses, practicing mindfulness, and embracing rational decision-making. Self-hacking helps with all these aspects.

Interviewer: In your experience, what distinguishes a successful person from an unsuccessful one?

Milana Valmont: Successful individuals can withstand unpleasant sensations, they can navigate boredom, pain, stress, and other challenges. They understand that achieving success is a long game, requiring systematic actions and perseverance. Most importantly, a successful person doesn’t have a victim mentality or a child’s position, when he blames other people or other factors for his failures. We also must remember that success is not just money. Many wealthy people are unhappy, I’ve dealt with a lot of clients like that who lost their motivation, their self esteem and meaning of why they’re even making this money. If people continue to feel this way eventually they will lose the money as well.

Interviewer: Let’s dive deeper into your self-hacking method. How does it address common challenges like lack of self-esteem and mental and emotional blocks?

Milana Valmont: With the help of self-hacking, one can improve their emotional state, eliminate internal barriers, implement effective algorithms leading to the scaling of their current results, and embrace a growth mindset. It’s a mental state where a person is fully immersed in an activity, resulting in heightened concentration, creativity, and productivity. It’s a process of consciously modifying one’s behavior, expanding one’s consciousness, modifying habits, and thinking processes, where an individual changes their neural connections to achieve desired results in life. Thanks to this innovative methodology, you achieve not only financial success but also your better quality of life and energy levels. Furthermore, self-Hacking helps you overcome blocks and limiting beliefs that hinder you from reaching your full potential. Using this method will help you cultivate dynamic thinking, enabling you to navigate challenges with resilience and clarity. Sel-hacking was upgraded from the algorithms used by visionaries like Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, and Bill Gates.

Interviewer: Finally, Milana, what sets your method apart, and how does it enable individuals to earn money from goals that bring pleasure without burnout?

Milana Valmont: My method goes beyond traditional approaches by combining cognitive behavioral therapy, mental models, and innovative techniques like EMDR, EFT tapping and working with ancestral programs. With my clients I go deeper to understand what their true goals and desires are, and not the goals that were programmed by society, family etc. It allows individuals to align their goals with personal satisfaction, fostering a dynamic and resilient mindset. The focus is achieving success without burnout, promoting a fulfilling journey toward emotional well-being and fulfillment. This is a holistic approach to personality transformation.
