Divyasri Kothapalli: A 17-Year-Old Entrepreneur Helping Shape the Future of Leadership with an AI that Automates Team Follow-ups

Not every invention starts with ambition. Some begin with silence and a question: “Can this be easier?”

Divyasri Kothapalli, a 17-year-old high schooler from the UK, lives in a home where work never seems to stop. Her parents were entrepreneurs managing businesses across various countries. Early morning calls, late-night catchups, and nonstop messages made the day all about updates, not real conversations.

Moments to laugh or share were few. Work seemed to take over everything. But Divya noticed something many people missed: her parents weren’t stressed because they had too much work; they were stressed because they had to manage everything.

Seeing how overwhelmed her parents were, Divya started exploring ways to make things easier. She learned about machine learning and automation and began building an AI assistant to help manage work more efficiently. That tool, now called BIXO, was made to address some of the everyday challenges her parents and many other managers face.

How BIXO Helps Managers Every Day

BIXO started as a simple tool to help Divya’s parents reduce their daily burden. Instead of dealing with numerous apps and chasing updates all day, they could rely on BIXO to collect the important information and notify them about what needed attention. This provided them with more time to focus on the core aspects of their work.

BIXO gently checks in with team members about their progress and encourages them to provide updates without being intrusive. It monitors when something seems to slow down and alerts managers early on, before it has the chance to escalate. Having everything in one location, BIXO helps avoid confusion and reduces the chances of missing deadlines. This way, managers spend less time chasing updates and more time guiding their teams more effectively.

BIXO integrates with tools that teams commonly use, such as Slack and Asana, so that managers do not need to switch between various applications. It fits smoothly into their daily workflow and helps keep everything clear and organized without much extra effort.

Manager Stories: How BIXO Makes a Difference

Many managers using BIXO say it has helped them maintain control without feeling overwhelmed. It’s not just about tracking tasks, it’s about feeling supported.

Some say they have stopped chasing their teams for updates. Others say it has helped them identify problems early on, before they have the chance to cause significant stress. And a few even mentioned that it gave them back their evenings.

BIXO takes care of things like reminding teams to provide updates, organizing priorities, and pointing out what needs attention, which really helps. For Divya’s family, it meant less pressure, fewer distractions, and more time spent together. For other leaders, it offers that same quiet support in the background, helping them lead with greater calm.

The Final Word: A Teen’s Vision, A Manager’s Relief

Divyasri Kothapalli didn’t set out to build a business tool. She simply wanted to bring peace back into her home, to make space for conversations, festivals, and evenings without constant pings. What started as a small solution for a quiet dinner table has now become a significant shift in how team management is approached.

BIXO isn’t just about managing tasks; it helps leaders reduce distractions and focus on what matters most. For some, it means staying on top of deadlines. For others, it might mean finally closing the laptop at 6 PM.

Because of Divyasri’s idea, many leaders today are finding space to breathe, think clearly, and manage their teams without feeling overwhelmed.

“What started at home is now helping teams all over the world.”
