Creating Radical Transformation and Growing Your Business: With Mariana Macias

If you are an entrepreneur, a CEO of a big company, or you’re just starting out with your business, you likely understand the importance of coaching and what it can do for your business. Having someone that can help you develop new skills, become a better leader, or just be a more productive person can increase your companies performance significantly. There is an abundance of data that shows hiring a coach can be the right move for an executive, entrepreneur, or sales leader.

Mariana Macias, a certified ontological, mindful, and ecological coach, speaker, and conferencist, shares her story and gives insights on how you can change your life and business with the right coaching.

„The key to creating radical transformation, change, and sustainable results is understanding, honoring, and knowing your life purpose.

If you can find and connect with your life purpose, which is so much bigger than just your goals and ambitions, then you can create a change you are looking for“.

Why would somebody want to hire a business coach?

Coaching is such an important and effective accompaniment to reach a new point in your life that you weren’t able to achieve for x reasons. Coaching can help you see other perspectives, learn to listen to yourself, question things and yourself in a way that perhaps you have never done before, or maybe you weren’t daring to do it. Coaching is an eye-opener needed when you are looking to grow, evolve, change, and act.

Mariana, who works with many well-known companies and personal brands explains the benefits she got from coaching:

„My first job as an intern in NYC was working directly with an amazing life coach. Honestly, that was the first time I heard about “coaching”. I was a little bit skeptical at first and didn’t have any expectations at all, but the more I started to get into the business, the methodology and understanding the true power of questions; and above all to take the coaching process, first as a client, my life changed radically and not only I started loving and respecting coaching but also saw how it changed my own life. From that moment on, I knew I wanted others to experience this radical personal transformation.“

What’s the toughest part of being a business coach?

Wow! That’s a good one: I would say that it is that feeling of helplessness when the client is not seeing what I do see in him and in his life. Where, as we well know, the coach does not come to tell you what to do, but to ask and repeat certain things you say so that you can listen to yourself and be like a self-mirror.

Mariana believes so firmly in the power of coaching that she decided to transition from a career in marketing to become a full-time business coach.

She got her life coaching certification in Ideal Coaching Global, a school endorsed by the ICF (International Coach Federation)After her one-year certification she did some of her specializations at Mindvalley: Coaching for High Top Performers, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Manifesting Techniques, as well as NLP, and Sports Coaching.

She now works with big international clients like Colgate, Salesforce, Coca-Cola FEMSA as well as locals and start-ups in Mexico. Through an effective coaching methodology based on high top performance results, she has led more than 500 clients per year to gain real and sustainable results, as well as create a life they had always dreamed of.

„At the end of the day, how do you know you are having personal growth? When you stop waiting for answers and start asking better questions to yourself. Let Mariana help you ask the right questions.
