Among human actions, listening to music is one of the most mysterious. Passion for music is not a new phenomenon. There are a lot of people who admire it. Every known society on earth appears to have practiced music in some form. Many different types of scholars have pondered the nature of music throughout history. It includes many aspects people aspire to know if they are music fans.
Rhythm is a fundamental component of all music. If there is no underlying rhythm to the sounds, no matter what sounds you combine, it is not music. With the addition of electric instruments, the rhythm and blues (R&B), jazz, and country music genres are combined to create the well-known rock ‘n’ roll style. The genre was first connected to rebellion and transgression among young people. Its lively performances, earworm tunes, and frequently incisive lyrics are renowned.
Following the trend, the American rock group “Silent Theory,” from Moscow, Idaho, practiced rock n roll music that became their specialty. Mitch and Scott’s brothers and George Swanger, Robert James, and Nick Osborn, launched their band in 2010. Black Tie Affair, the band’s debut album, was recorded and released in 2011 after they were signed to Turkey Vulture Records in 2010.
Rock’ n’ Roll Music
Most rock songs have a verse-chorus format and are often in the 4/4-time signature. It is typically played by bands having at least one singer, an electric guitar, a bass guitar, and drums. Rock song lyrics can cover many topics but frequently touch on issues like politics, society, and love. Not every work of art is praised in the world, and not everyone understands the art of music, but then few people understand the value of music.
There are a lot of bands today who are the real stars, and now competition for bands has increased. Bands that caught people’s attention are now the masters. Knowing the importance, everyone tries to give their best. Similarly, the band Silent Theory gained notoriety when the first single from the group reached the radio and YouTube charts. It became the group’s first video to surpass one million views. Paul Crosby Management, a founding member of Saliva, signed the band in 2021.
The Art Of Discography
The 1930s saw a rise in the term “discography” among jazz record collectors. Jazz aficionados undertook their research and self-published discographies about the history of jazz music, including the performers who played on various recordings. A compilation of all the recordings made by a particular artist or group often organized chronologically, is a classic example. A comprehensive list allows individuals to identify the tapes they are missing. It can also draw attention to uncommon recordings or stylistic shifts.
Three studio albums, Black Tie Affair, Delusions, and Hunt or Be Hunted, have been published by the group of boys (Silent Theory) since 2014.Â
The recent release of a Jon Kuritz-directed music video by Silent Theory is the song, Before the Storm, a song about addiction. Then, in 2021, they made a music video for Shaking the Cages, one of their singles. Dawson Scholz was the director and producer of Shaking the Cages.
Motivation for Young Artists
Rock music could help unite young people of color and whites in their communities through the shared appreciation of the same theme and youth culture. In addition to a particular genre of music coming from black neighborhoods becoming immensely popular, black performers were also making progress on the music charts.
In 2016, the song Fragile Minds by Silent Theory peaked at 97 on Mediabase Active-Rock radio and 29 on Under the Radar. Shaking Cages peaked at number 6 on Foundations in 2021 and number 22 on Billboard/BDS radio in 2018.Â
