VOTH Is a Homegrown Band of Siblings Turned Hometown Heroes

There’s a musical sensibility that can only be brought out by blood, a bond so strong that it creates harmony unlike any other. The four-piece band of siblings, VOTH, puts this bond in full display as they create music that straddles the line between Country and Gospel, seamlessly blending both genres to create a style of their own.

VOTH is composed of siblings, Caleb Voth on guitar and vocals, Hannah Voth on vocals, Cody Voth on vocals, and Jacob Voth on drums. They come from the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a city that’s been seeing an explosion of musical talent in recent years. Though unlike the rest, VOTH are natives to the city, and it’s where their musical roots began.

In 2018, the band released a wave of singles starting off with their debut song, “I Choose Us.” The single captured the attention of audiences nationwide and particularly the esteemed Country Music authority, Wide Open Country. Their debut single received glowing reviews and was praised by fans alike.

In February this year, VOTH released their self-titled EP with six standout songs that showcase the band’s astounding songwriting and breathtaking harmonies. Just from listening to the record, it’s clear to see that the band has put a lot of effort into crafting these songs over the years. With their song “Seventeen,” the band holds on to a far-off memory of a love once lost; it’s a touching piece that is only elevated by the band’s harmonious vocals.

Among their self-titled EP, “Right Direction” and “Pyro” also manages to reel in audiences with a style akin to Lady A or Little Big Town. VOTH has garnered a lot of support from fans, having been included on official Spotify playlists such as “Breakout Country,” “New Music Nashville,” and “Fresh Sounds.”

As siblings, the band’s chemistry is comfortably natural. They are able to harmonize their vocals with such synergy that makes their songs so pleasing to hear on any day of the week. VOTH are proud of their hometown, and they create all their music in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They want their music to be a collaboration among the people from their small town, so they work with Tulsa artists, Tulsa producers, and Tulsa engineers. It’s what makes their sonic identity so unique from the rest.

VOTH’s sound is influenced by many genres, but their music seeks to resonate with Country Music listeners who have a knack for Alternative Country and Pop Country. Their sound skirts around the fine line of Americana and Country, which is an interesting blend for audiences who love both.

Their music journey has just begun, and VOTH is looking to keep creating music for everyone to enjoy. Making music as a family has brought them so much closer together, and they hope to explore even more melodies and harmonies together as a group, but more importantly, as a family.

Follow VOTH on their musical journey by visiting their official website and following them on their social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
