A certain name has been buzzing around the media for quite some time, and he’s got us all curious, critical and maybe just a tad envious. Victor Migalchan seems to have cracked the code of showbiz success in ways that would make even seasoned Hollywood veterans raise an eyebrow.
This isn’t just another one-hit-wonder. Victor didn’t just stumble upon a single season of a TV show with legendary star Danny Trejo on some obscure network. This guy has the kind of mojo that gets him not just one but countless projects and multiple appearances as an EMMY judge.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Victor has already managed to film seven TV projects and two films. He’s also gearing up to release a feature documentary and an animation series for kids this August while working on two more documentary feature films and a drama feature film. He has even signed two new TV series and is set to publish his book, The Showrunner.
We can’t help but wonder—how does he manage to spin so many plates? And how did he reach such dizzying heights of success and recognition without a resume, name, or studio backup? We reached out to Victor Migalchan and asked him about his work.
“To me, it’s all work in progress,” Victor humbly admits. He added that the secret sauce is time management, business efficiency, mathematics and discipline. “I plan and calculate everything in advance,” he declares, “even the script is mathematically created first.”
Victor works on his own projects but is open to collaborating on ideas that align with his vision and values. Recently, he transformed two new TV shows with original storylines into something magnificent. He’s no slouch about storytelling, either, emphasizing that it’s a numbers game and that pre-marketing research is essential. His formula involves creating quality content that not only captivates but also sells hot on the market. “It’s about successfully releasing your project and making your investors’ money back, ideally doubling or tripling them,” he says.
The man not just dreams big; he sets his goals big, too, aiming to win not just one but multiple EMMY Awards for his TV shows and Oscars for his films. And if that’s not enough, he envisions earning recognition and sharing a conversation over tea with Hollywood film royalty Martin Scorsese, James Cameron, Quentin Tarantino, and Stephen Spielberg.
Victor’s admiration, which extends to these and other legendary icons, goes with his appreciation of his partners, friends and mentors Edward Cologna, Cung Le, Sergey Ivannikov, who he has worked with for quite some time; his great friend and supporter Dr. Marwan Chahayed; Mr. Laith Haddad who he has recently met and who has opened his heart and shared so much knowledge; and, of course, God’s guidance.

To all aspiring filmmakers and dreamers looking to conquer the TV and film industry, Victor has some sage advice: “Forget about egos; learn to listen first and be quiet. Let your results speak.”
So, is Victor Migalchan destined for Hollywood greatness? His pursuit of excellence and passion for storytelling and business indicate a resounding “Yes.” Asked how he brought his series to major networks and achieved worldwide distribution without studio backing or prior experience, he says: “Quentin Tarantino could become the greatest director of all times, so can I. The sky’s the limit.”
We’ll keep an eye out for this Hollywood underdog who’s about to conquer the world one EMMY and Oscar at a time.
