Thus, she developed The Darriel Roy Show.
Darriel Roy is a TV personality with experience as a host and journalist. She is also a former Miss Universe Canada contestant and Miss Ontario for Miss Canada International. Throughout her career, Darriel would spend her free time enjoying other television programs. Among her favorites was The Oprah Winfrey Show, which constantly motivated her. However, the show’s conclusion left a gaping hole in the hearts of millions. Since then, many have sought a similar program that carried the same inspirational ambiance but to no avail. So Darriel decided that rather than wait around for a new show, she would go ahead and start her own.

Additionally, Darriel has been nominated as the People’s Choice Winner for Fashion & Style at The Waterfront Awards 2018, celebrating outwinding women and has been featured as Notable’s featured Young Professional.
By utilizing her experience, Darriel created The Darriel Roy Show. Her program has been airing on Verizon Media Studios, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and all Android boxes internationally on TAG TV. The Darriel Roy Show has hosted many celebrities, entrepreneurs, and people from all walks of life who have opened up about their path to success, obstacles they faced, and motivational advice. The program takes a unique approach by combining inspiration and pop culture.
“I’m using my experience as a journalist to have A-lister guests and have them open up about their failures, obstacles they faced, and their secrets to success,” Darriel shared. Since the show’s inception, Darriel has welcome names like Sean Paul, Shaggy, Suzanne Somers, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Jillian Michaels, Grant Cardone, Russell Peters, Lennox Lewis, Apl De Ap of the Black Eyed Peas, Lil Jon, Nicky Jam, and even Netflix founder, Marc Randolph.
Despite being a new program, The Darriel Roy Show has already amassed a following, inspiring people with its positive content and uplifting them from these difficult times. As the show continues to bring in more viewers, Darriel is enthusiastic about what the future holds. “I see myself being the next Oprah,” she revealed, “Touring the world as a motivational speaker, having my own talk show on a major platform, being a best-selling author, and also becoming a brand by creating my own perfume, makeup, or clothing line. I want to do it all!”
