Makayla loves to learn and has a high capacity for education. She earned an associate degree in cosmetology and is now working towards a bachelor’s in psychology from Arizona University (ASU). Makayla enjoys being a part of fashion shows, she stated that “fashion shows are a very uplifting experience for her, because in these shows many communities are coming together to celebrate all the hard work that goes into the designs, modeling, and the overall show itself.” Makayla also stated that she’s happy to be a model brand ambassador because she can recruit newer models within the modeling community.
