Italian photographer and lighting expert Luca Boschi is establishing a reputable name for himself in the creative scene. A creative with an eye for detail, he captures some of the most stunning photos with masterful lighting techniques.
Luca first learned how to use a camera at the age of 25. He started to grow a love for the craft and started joining photoshoots. The photographer would get his friends to model for him and shoot on open streets. His craft matured most when Luca started to master the use of light around people.
As a director of some historical re-enactments, Luca Boschi would cultivate a love for experimental art. He started to develop his style and look, which would later catch more and more photography enthusiasts’ attention. Local media outlets started to take notice of Luca’s work and began purchasing some of his work. Luca would later build a strong reputation as a freelance photographer for news outlets.
In 2013, Luca Boschi built his studio, providing some of the best professional photography services. He continued to do street photoshoots as a passion and would begin developing a knack for studio photography. He dived into glamour shoots and fashion photography, which would become his signature work. Five years after opening his photography studio, an Italian social media influencer and good friend of Luca, Dellimellow, would give him the idea for a brand name that would stick. Luca would soon be known as “The Light Architect.”
From that point on, Luca’s influence and following grew. Today, the photographer has close to 20,000 followers on Instagram alone. The photographer, Luca Boschi, has developed a maven-level style of glam shots. Luca would then later develop a unique style of photography called “shadow weaving.” The style features an effect where lights bend over a model set behind a dark background. Many people are starting to notice his work today, and photographers from both hobby-based and professional circles look to Luca as creative inspiration.
As a master photographer, Luca pays maniacal attention to particulars. “In each photoshoot and set, I look at every detail because I think the lights can do more than a Photoshop retouch,” shares Luca Boschi. “So I bend the light of my flashes over the body or the object I’m working on. That’s why I’m called The Light Architect.” Critics have described Luca’s unique style as dark and elegant.
Many of Luca’s works have made it on some world-famous sites, including Fashionably Male, a magazine that features male modeling and fashion. Envisioning his future, Luca Boschi looks to grow his brand more and become an internationally acknowledged photographer. He holds high hopes for his photography studio as he starts to expand his client base and branch out into other forms of photography. Luca plans to network with more fitness models, fashion brands, underwear brands, and art galleries to expand his influence and work.
Luca Boschi is not afraid to speak his mind and expresses himself freely in many creative ways. He hopes that his expertise in lighting will help and inspire many other photographers.
