Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Glo Anqunette has always been passionate about creating music and being in tune with rhythms and beats. However, there is more to this artist than her love for the craft. As a matter of fact, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs, a minor in history, and an Associate Degree in Public Relations.
During the early phases of her musical career, she was also working hard as a substitute and a teacher. She also used to work with the youth step team and the Black Student Union (BSU). She started sewing back in 2004 while she was in 10th grade. Glo Anqunette created her prom gowns to help lower expenses for her mother who was single. She tapped into her inner seamstress and stylist by breathing life into her vision of creating music with a hint of fashion. As a result, she began styling her performance outfits and started creating musical statements. On top of that, she also makes her own upscale gowns.
Since dipping her toes into the music scene in 2011, Glo Anqunette, also known as Goddess Glo, has graced the industry with her authentic artistry and creative flair. True enough, this rising star has been dominating the hip-hop, pop, R&B, and country-pop genres with her distinctive skills and remarkable talent.
