Mustapha Bello, also known as T-Kross, strongly believes that success can be achieved anywhere in the world regardless of where one is coming from. This is exemplified in how much he strives and continues to work hard to carve a name for himself in the overly saturated Hollywood space. As a young talented musician and actor, T-Kross, who is fondly called “the boy with an accent” by people close to him, continues to put out impressive content with the hopes that he will catch his big break somehow.
Coming from an African background, specifically Nigerian, T-Kross is not bothered by how much work he has to do to be fully accepted by the American audience. His style of music is deeply rooted in Afrobeats; hence, he’s able to make a seamless transition into hip-hop while retaining his original African sounds. He juggles the creative part of him with two jobs and a computer science technology degree in view; so he is a living example of working hard and giving his all.
He has recorded more than fifty songs with a recently released single titled “Tonight.” Outside music, he has also done some small-time acting, the most notable of which are the two web series that he starred in. These two web series, two seasons each, are available on YouTube and Instagram. T-Kross is a firm believer in working hard, steadily and progressively. Thus, he is biding his time, putting out his best work and gradually capturing hearts. And for an independent artist, he seems to be on the right track presently.
He released his singles under Finix Entertainment, and his distinct Nigerian accent makes him stand out as an artist and entertainer. T-Kross is far from being Americanized, and when combined with his artistic prowess and good looks, the result is a crowd pleaser.
T-Kross makes music for young people who enjoy listening to hip-hop and R&B music. His African background, accent, and brilliant lyrics are his strongest suits. The motivation to build a brand was borne out of the desire to make something out of himself and excel in Hollywood. He has always loved being an entrepreneur, and as an independent artist who owns all rights to his music, the goal is to build his brand to an enviable point and turn it into a successful business.
His five-year goal is to make the name T-Kross a household name in both music and film. He also plans to open his own studio so he can produce films and music and shoot a variety of content. After his college degree, he plans to establish tech-startups in the United States. And when all is done, the story of T-Kross will be inspiring, self-belief, perseverance, determination, and hard work. Where T-Kross is coming from is clear; he has a goal in sight, and with his African roots in mind, he decided to pursue his own happiness.
