Born in Seoul, Park began her musical training at the tender age of six, sparking a passion that would guide her through a constellation of achievements and international acclaim.

Her early life provided fertile ground for cultivating her musical prowess, with notable awards from the Seoul Metropolitan government and local school competitions. Moving to Japan for several years allowed her to broaden her perspective, learning English and immersing herself in diverse cultures. This experience at the International School of Sacred Heart, including a notable performance on “One World Day” as the representative of Korea, fueled her ambition for a global career.

After returning to Korea, Park’s talent continued to bloom, as she scored coveted spots at the elite Yewon middle school and the Seoul Arts high school. Remarkably, she graduated summa cum laude from both, all the while accruing numerous accolades such as the “La Bella concorso di canto lirico” and “Berlin International Music Competition”. Her journey then led her to the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music, a stepping stone into the heart of the U.S. opera scene.

Navigating her way through the rigorous world of opera, Park has shown her resilience and determination, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. After cancellations of pivotal performances in 2020, she emerged victorious with engagements at Wolf Trap Opera and Opera Santa Barbara. Such accomplishments culminated in her being awarded an Encouragement Award from the prestigious Metropolitan Opera.
