The power of voice-centric content has taken over in the past few years as content creators switch towards podcasting to educate people. Jumping into the rising trend is the Sweat It Out podcast, a show that delivers high-energy and practical tips and practices to raise one’s standard of living altogether by acquiring the right mindsets to become successful in life. 

Sweat It Out takes listeners through an educational experience with various discussions, interviews, and lessons. On top of the staple fitness conversations, the podcast also dives into business-driven talks to help aspiring entrepreneurs, especially in the fitness industry, win big time. Hosting the show are two fitness experts, Anthony Mendez and Josh Evans, two coaches who have achieved miles in healthy living and entrepreneurial pursuit. 

Anthony Mendez is a serial entrepreneur, coach, and professional athlete with over ten years of experience in the field. His specialties include running loaded and unloaded movement training using unconventional tools, bodyweight, flows, and correctives. The fitness guru is also a highly effective mindset coach who has helped many people build the right foundational perspectives to get in shape and achieve all other life goals. Anthony serves various celebrity clients and thousands of others through his online coaching programs. 

Joining Anthony on the show is Josh Evans, aka the Movement Coach. He has proven experience in fitness and nutrition and uses his expertise to help busy professionals become more healthy and fit. The trainer founded the “Move Forward Program,” an online program that has helped droves of aspirants gain their ideal bodies through building the right mindset around exercise and nutrition.  His program helps busy professionals build proper habits through a simple approach to living a healthy lifestyle.

Together, the duo brings years of experience in fitness training and business to Sweat It Out. The show currently has 95 episodes and counting, which feature a line up of prestigious guests like Chris Gronkowski, Dr. John Rusin, Marcus Martinez, Kenny Santucci, Angela Gargano, and Christine Hassler, to name a few. The show has also invited experts such as Don Saladino, Akeem Haynes, Wesley Okerson, and John Lewis to give their two cents on everything related to fitness, business, success, mindset, and life.

The Sweat It Out Podcast is on an upward momentum with a growing following across various platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and many others. The show currently has a five-star rating on Apple Podcasts based on over 66 reviews from their avid listeners.

Through the show, Anthony and Josh hope to challenge people everywhere to acquire the right skill sets to win in business and life as a whole.
