Among his most acclaimed projects is the creation of the books Migrant 915, Migrant 915: Election Edition, and Inheritance of Hate, works that have received recognition from local, state, and federal governments, including the United States Congress.

Notably, during his tenure at Jefferson High School, two of his students, both facing significant literacy challenges, outperformed over 75,000 students in Texas on the Achieve3000 reading program. In 2017, he developed El Paso ISD’s PASS Program for the District Alternative Education Program (DAEP), incorporating restorative discipline, social-emotional learning, and life skills training. His expertise in action research led to his role as Lead Researcher for the TIPPS Grant, where he compiled and presented findings to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) on student motivation, engagement, and attendance.
His curriculum work is not limited to K-12 education. In 2023, Riddle founded Mr. Riddle’s Class, LLC, a platform dedicated to teaching aspiring writers how to bring their ideas to life. Through this initiative, he developed The CKD Approach, a book and course designed to teach not only writing skills but also the mindset, discipline, and goal-setting strategies that can be beneficial for success in various fields.
