The Vinyl Wrap Shop Taking Over NYC

After only being open a year,  Business owner Shawn Nieves has put an innovative twist onto vehicle customization gaining attention from across the globe. Shawn’s shop Cars X Coffee in Astoria, NY, has already worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, sports, and luxury brands.

How did it happen?

His unique background in the automotive industry allowed him to transform vehicles with his creative eye. Shawn’s commitment to excellent customer service made him stand out from other shops in the area – and he created marketing strategies that have kept his business running at top speed since day one.

In less than a year, Cars X Coffee went from doing vinyl wraps for private customers and companies to having the opportunity to work with celebrities and major brands that we see all the top celebrities flash.

“Cars X Coffee was about putting my passion and creativity on to every vehicle I touch. I want each vehicle wrap to be unique and stand out. It’s not just about the quantity here but truly giving the customer an experience a one of one. I would’ve never have thought that something that just started as a hobby, would turn into what it is now.” – Shawn

Building his clientele by wrapping vehicles of the locals in Queens NY and posting photos on Instagram, he soon became the go-to wrap guy for everyone. Now he’s got over 9000 followers within a year and is going viral! As his name spread, he began getting requests from all over the world, which saw him booking more daily projects than he could take on.

Cars X Coffee has grown exponentially over the last year, and Shawn Nieves attributes much of his success to understanding that customers want more than just simple wraps for their cars. Shawn sees his business as an opportunity for him and his team at Cars x Coffee to expand and continue to perform their art.
