Barre3 is an increasingly popular exercise regimen that is quickly gaining fame and enthusiasts. This training regimen is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. No prior exercise training or dance experience is necessary, despite the fact that it is a challenging and effective workout. All people of all different levels of physical fitness and ability can use barre3, which is part of what attracts so many people and motivates them to join their local barre3 studio.
Lisa Begley is one of the most well-known barre3 enthusiasts in all of North Carolina. As the owner and founder of Barre3 White Oak, she and her team teach multiple daily classes in her studio at 53 Cabela Drive, Garner, North Carolina. Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
Lisa’s clients have claimed that practicing barre3 has resulted in increased flexibility, increased energy, strengthened muscles, reduced stress, increased mental focus, and more endurance. Toni Faulk, one of her many satisfied clients, shares her thoughts on their workout sessions, saying, “Thanks so much, Lisa! It’s always great seeing you, and I love your class. Even when I feel like I can’t do it or it’s just not a great day, it always makes me feel better coming to class. Thank You for all you do and for making this such a great community to be a part of.”
Before she came to devote her full-time career to barre3, Lisa Begley was a career learner with years of experience being part of many different industry teams, assisting and leading in building successful businesses. She spent years traveling and living all over the US, meeting new people, training, teaching and gaining knowledge along the way. This experience is what prepared her to open her own studio, the Barre3 White Oak Studio. This was also brought about by her undeniable desire to live her passion for helping others find success and happiness, as well as her incredible love affair with barre3.
Lisa likes to say, “It’s therapeutic sweat sesh! We promote mindfulness to encourage a healthy mind, strength to give you confidence, and cardio to build your endurance. We boost self-compassion, and we’re redefining what success in fitness looks like. It’s not about the before and after picture. We build a community of acceptance, grace, and support. Support to get you through life’s challenges as it helps guide you through each day. We give you a place to take time for yourself, so you can make time for others.”
Barre3 White Oak has attracted many loyal clients who look forward to taking classes multiple times each week. “Wonderful classes with purposeful, kind and skilled instructors. It is a place of zen, balance and joy. Thank you for that,” said one enthusiastic patron. “I have found a workout that not only leaves me feeling strong and sweaty but also relaxed. The instructors are amazing, the studio is bright and clean. Definitely need to give this place a try!” said another.
On her off time, Lisa and her husband, Trent, spend a lot of time in their ski boat. All their grown children grew up on the water, doing all sorts of water activities. Their ever-expanding family is raising their grandchildren the same way. The Begleys live with their loyal dachshunds, Bella Boo, 2 years old, and Lucy, 16 years old.
