Vikash Salig is the Managing Director of ZRG Partners, a global talent advisory firm. He has extensive experience in leadership roles in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries and has successfully implemented transformational initiatives as both an executive and an advisor. Vikash has a strong global network, particularly in the areas of emerging markets, Europe, and North America, thanks to his specialized expertise in the healthcare field.

Before joining ZRG, Vikash worked at two other executive search firms in the US, where he primarily focused on serving Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. Before entering the field of search, he served as CEO for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in South Africa and Canada and as the Director and Head of New Business Development at Aspen Pharmacare.
Vikash began his career as a family medical practitioner in South Africa in 1990, where he operated his practice for nine years. He later obtained an MBA and worked as a pharmaceutical and healthcare executive on nearly every continent for 18 years.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Vikash is a father of two sons, one of whom has autism. He was actively involved in the fundraising and establishment of the Els Center of Excellence for Autism, a public charter school that raised $25 million to provide free education to students. In 2015, Vikash was inducted into the African American Golfers Hall of Fame.
