In 2020, sales are on track for a 45% increase over 2019.

4. Monica Morgan
Monica has been in the Student Housing sector since 2001 and the Conventional sector before that for ten years. She has served in many on-site positions and leadership executive roles with notable management company industry leaders. 5. Ahuamna Jones

He’s only 24, but he owns a label called Voices Choices Studios. The luxury brand provides audio engineering, mixing, and mastering for gospel artists who need “Premium Quality Sound.” This powerhouse also features merchandise from face masks, which he had orders that sold out in the first three days! Since then, he’s added hats, shirts, and joggers to the collection! His most recent project, called Tales of Mother, was made in honor of his mother passing away and was released last May on Mother’s Day. Voiceveray wrote, engineered, mixed, and mastered this whole project himself.
7. Amanda Hesser
Amanda Hesser connects chefs and cooking enthusiasts all around the world with Food52. Every year, for 52 weeks, the community of experts at Food52 cook and share their recipes, hence its name. The company’s co-founder Amanda Hesser turned the business from scratch to a $6 million venture within just years after its foundation. Food52 is perfect for individuals who love to explore the culinary techniques and recipes of chefs from different places. Food52’s website also makes available kitchenwares recommended for recipes and lets users discuss the different cuisines they present.
8. Allen Gannett
Allen Gannett’s name is always to appear in many lists such as this. He founded his digital marketing company, Trackmaven, when he was still 21. Trackmaven is a software for marketing analysis that lets companies boost their digital footprints by optimizing content and quality. When companies use Trackmaven, they can stay ahead of their competitors. Because of the pandemic, companies must build a stronger online presence, and Trackmaven can do that efficiently.
9. Rebecca Liebman
LearnLux, co-founded by Rebecca Liebman, guides users toward financial freedom. LearnLux is a new and innovative way of keeping track of people’s finances.
