The Kitti Sisters: Helping People Escape the 9-5 Grind Through Passive Income

There are lots of people who dream of saying goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the 9-5 daily grind, and then there are those that actually do it. They take that leap of faith, go out of their comfort zones and start building a life to achieve passive income and financial freedom.

According to Investopedia, passive income is “earnings from a rental property, limited partnership, or other business in which a person is not actively involved.” In other words, passive income is cash you earn that doesn’t require you to put in a lot of active work all the time just to make it.

For the Kitti sisters, it became evident early on in their life that they wanted to take the entrepreneur’s path and one day become their own boss. They are first-generation immigrants who’ve witnessed the struggles and challenges their parents had to endure in their multiple jobs back in the day just to provide for their family. So when they grew older, they worked extremely hard to make sure they didn’t have to face and experience the difficulties they found themselves in when their family migrated to a new country.

Through perseverance and dedication, the fruits of their hard work eventually paid off by 2010. Palmy and Nancy achieved massive success as fashion manufacturers and were so proud of themselves.

Their grind and hustle continued for years to come and they enjoyed not working for others but for themselves. However, they were only reliant on one source of income. This means that they have no safety net and it would take just one unexpected event to turn their lives upside down.

Sadly, the time came when their biggest client decided to close all their stores back in 2017. And since they had no back up plan, the income of the two sisters dried up. Things fell apart and their business eventually became obsolete. It was definitely a hard pill to swallow for them and they knew they had to act fast and do something about their situation at that time.

After the harsh reality check, the sisters decided to take a different route in life. They don’t want to be complacent and lose their sense of financial security and control ever again! So they put in the work and eventually introduced and launched their high-end investment firm Not Nine To Five Investments.

The Comeback After The Setback

The setback that happened to Nancy and Palmy was actually a blessing in disguise as turning to apartment syndication gave them the opportunity not to put their lives on hold anymore. Ever since they started this new venture, they have been able to travel and explore as much as they can. It also gave them the reliability, stability and scalability that they were looking for all along. This wouldn’t have happened if their big client didn’t decide to close all their stores in the first place.

Achieving Financial Security

Ever since losing that client, the Kitti sisters immersed themselves in different things to have multiple income streams. They are not only accomplished entrepreneurs, but successful apartment syndication experts and real estate investors who are obsessed with all things passive income.

Robert Kiyosaki once said “Financial freedom is available to those who learn about it and work for it.” The Kitti sisters believe the same thing. It makes them happy that they have control over their finances and time because of passive income, and they want the same thing for everyone!

After going through obstacles in life to the point of burn out, they want to share their knowledge and expertise for people who want to ditch their 9-5 grind without having to look for tenants or manage their apartment complexes.

So if you’re interested in working alongside The Kitti Sisters to achieve the financial freedom that you rightfully deserve, you can reach out to them here. If they were able to manage to turn their  $2,000 bank account into an eight-figure empire, you can too!
