It is focused on supporting content creators and filmmakers from around the world who use social media, film, TV, magazines, books, and podcasts to tell meaningful stories in the digital space. The company was born from the founder’s passion for nurturing storytellers who have an impact on their audience and their communities. In the short time the company has been active, it’s already made waves with its hard-hitting projects and clients.
Meet the founder, Isabella Mastrodicasa
Isabella is a European manager/producer who has helped foster the career of multiple writers and directors in Hollywood, and she is a pioneer in the digital space. After years spent working at Verve, The Kennedy/Marshall Company, and Heroes and Villains Entertainment, she started her own company – Never Settle Media – in 2022 with the goal of supporting multi-hyphenated creators in the industry.
Two years ago, she successfully launched her unscripted business, which focuses on platforms such as Meta, YouTube, & TikTok and supports women in the digital community, building their brand and expanding their pool of opportunities. She has worked on over 500 campaigns bringing brand deals & ambassadorships with major partners such as Disney+, HBO Max, Paramount+, Amex, Sephora, Google, Adidas, Revolve, and many more. Her clients are established creators in the field who focus on relevant topics such as female empowerment, body positivity, sustainability, and inclusion and who share fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle content to inspire and educate their communities in a meaningful way. Her clients collaborate with huge outlets such as Rolling Stone and Vanity Fair, as well as major female-driven media companies such as Create & Cultivate. Their content is also featured on big platforms like Buzzfeed and national television.
On the scripted side, Isabella represents screenwriters Nicola Guaglianone and Menotti, the European creators behind Netflix shows “Suburra” and “Zero” as well as the new Amazon drama “Bang Bang Baby” and their comedy “Life as Carlo.” They have written over 15 box office movies, including the superhero story “They Call Me Jeeg,” which won several prestigious awards, and are currently actively developing IPs for streamers in the US.
Her client-first approach has led to a huge growth for her talent, who feel fully supported and free to truly unleash their creative vision. Isabella also looks for new projects in line with the company vision that she can develop and produce or could be a good fit for her writers to adapt.
She most recently produced the short film “Zita Sempri,” a coming-of-age story set in Sicily that recently premiered at the 68th Taormina Film Festival, opened by Francis Ford Coppola presenting his 50th anniversary of “The Godfather.” This is the directorial debut of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and ‘Station 19’ actress Stefania Spampinato and is currently being presented at US festivals.
Projects like these are shaping the future of storytelling in entertainment, giving visibility to stories that emotionally connect with viewers and carry important messages. Entertainment is no longer about entertainment alone but also about supporting an inclusive and collaborative vision for current and future generations that use digital platforms to communicate and amplify stories while incorporating this with traditional media.
Additional Interests

Isabella is additionally part of Social Assembly, a collective of managers that aims to remove the internal competitive nature of corporate companies and have a more personal approach with their clients, creating extraordinary opportunities for creators and each other. This allows both managers and talent to remain flexible in the ever-changing landscape of modern entertainment.
Isabella is passionate about creating a supportive and positive community for her clients and partners and amplifying stories in the fast-paced and progressive digital world, shaping the future of storytelling.
