With his extensive knowledge of modern and ancient sciences, Soul Scientist and Elite Mentor Jaramy Eugene Wilson is able to engage with people in a way that leaves them both inspired and transformed
“It’s time you realized that you have something in you more powerful and miraculous than the things that affect you and make you dance like a puppet.”
These words, written by stoic Marcus Aurelius in his often referenced work Meditations, are emblazoned in an artwork on the wall behind Jaramy Eugene Wilson. As you speak to Wilson, the words peer over his shoulder, along with the face of Aurelius, framed in a $100 bill. This impassioned piece of work is by currency artist, Rob Secades. Excitedly, Wilson explains that he is an admirer of Secades’ art, and of the stoic philosopher Sacedes has captured.
“It’s my favorite saying,” says Wilson of the Aurelius quote in the artwork. “It’s about self-mastery. The reason it has so much meaning to me is that it’s about money. Money follows me when I focus on putting my heart and my soul into something and not giving into my fleeting thoughts and emotions. While I love money, what I love most is self-control with a sense of spiritual groundedness when it comes to business and life.”
Wilson is a well-known business advisor, human behavior and self-mastery expert, and soul scientist. He has worked as a coach and mentor for over 23 years, mentoring and advising over 15,000 entrepreneurs and leaders ranging from Fortune 100 companies, pro-athletes, and celebrities, to CEOs and executive leaders. He has an equity stake in nine companies and is the co-founder of Shining Icon, a high authority positioning and publishing company that helps experts create best selling books, courses, and mastermind communities. Although his business acumen is still his zone of excellence, he is now most known for his mastery and pioneering pursuits in the soul sciences.
His shift into the soul sciences came about as a sort of epiphany for Wilson. In 2012, a week before his son was born, Wilson’s life changed after a near-fatal accident. While traveling on his motorcycle, he was hit by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign, and as a result, he suffered severe injuries. He almost lost his leg and bled to death. “That event opened my eyes,” says Wilson. “When you don’t die, you stop being afraid of living.”
“Life is momentary. It’s temporal,” he adds. “It’s a part-time gig compared to what we really are. When you get out of your ways of thinking and into the reality of our mortal existence, you realize there’s nothing to dream about in heaven. You don’t get another dream. You don’t get another dream, vision, goal or mountain to climb.” After surviving his accident and healing, Wilson uprooted his family and moved them to shift the trajectory of his life to focus on, what he calls, his ‘soul’s calling.’
This is also why he insists the people he works with follow their dreams and vision with fervor. “You want your soul to be in control,” he says determinedly. “You must overcome your mental and emotional systems so you can live loud and satisfied with the decisions your heart and soul want you to make.” It is this theme that you can expect to read more about in Wilson’s upcoming book Soul Wars: Survival Guide, which will be released this summer. The book is described as a “call to arms for hungry souls ready to win the battles with your mind and emotions preventing you from creating your soul’s desires” and is a “tactical guide that will allow you to find more money, love, and purpose naturally and sustainably.”
To sculpt his craft as a soul scientist, Wilson has studied extensively. He has invested significantly, both financially and with time, to work with mentors and experts in business, self-development, human behavior, and the conditions of decision making. His study focus has been on what ultimately makes us human.
“Soul science is a combination of the existing sciences surrounding consciousness – David Hawkins and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, for example. It’s also modern brain science, combined with esoteric studies such as astrology and numerology,” explains Wilson. “I’ve also spent about 22 years of my life obsessed with the study of our electrical voltage. The energy we transfer and exchange has influence over all of our lives – our finances, relationships, fulfillment, satisfaction, and purpose.”
Wilson has accumulated extensive knowledge. With this knowledge, and along with the lessons he has learnt in his years of coaching, he has combined modalities such as influence, persuasion, business, breakthrough, self-mastery, shadow work, consciousness, and self-awareness to provide a universal system that is accessible to anybody.
This knowledge allows Wilson to have many tools to work with so that he never has to offer his clients a one size fits all solution. “I am able to see how they think, feel, and act. I can sense the thoughts in their head and understand what drives their behavior, their decisions, how they process and transfer energy, and how they communicate. The unique model I create for each person allows me to offer advice that is so laser-focused and specific, that it sometimes freaks people out. They feel like I’m psychic or hired private investigators to know these things about them,” he says with a smile.
Working with entrepreneurs gets Wilson very excited. He believes entrepreneurs are the prophets of the modern world. “An entrepreneur is a person who solves problems at scale,” explains Wilson. “I don’t believe politics or the government will ever liberate humanity from its core problems. I believe it’s our self-awareness. Spreading that awareness amongst the populace is the true bridge to independence where we can all count on each other. For the most part, people have generated a belief that humans are greedy, selfish, and only care about themselves. That’s not true. Human beings, by nature, are giving, social beings who want to help one another. So I truly believe that people will transfer the power back to the people. It’ll never be a governing party. And it will mostly be entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are creating the new world.”
