Shawn Fair Welcomes Another Dynamic Speaker, Coach Tia Monique, on his Leadership Experience Tour

After years of influencing the coaching industry and positively changing lives worldwide, Shawn Fair has yet again found another gem to represent and empower his audience. This time, Shawn brings in the award-winning, international bestselling author and CEO of “Let It Out Academy,” Coach Tia Monique to share her story of trials and triumphs on the latest edition of the Leadership Experience Tour.

Coach Tia Monique, is an inspirational public figure, an ordained elder, CEO of Let It Out Academy, a wife of 20 years, and mom of 6. In what might seem like a standard life achievement for anyone, Coach Tia has functioned excellently in these areas for the last nine years while living with a disability, unable to walk or stand due to neuropathy and partial paralysis. Determined not to be defined by her limited capabilities, Coach Tia worked hard towards success, put pen to paper, and wrote several award-winning, International bestselling books while inspiring other bestselling authors to pursue their dreams and reach for success.

In March 2020, during the pandemic, Coach Tia Monique’s success and business came to an unexpected halt. She was hospitalized and required emergency surgery to remove necrotizing fasciitis. While battling for her life, she tested positive for the dreaded COVID-19 amid other complications, and her body could not take the overwhelming health condition – it shut down. Her health condition forced her into a depressing phase of uncertainties as she battled for her life, not knowing if she would survive.

After spending more than 90 days in sterile hospital rooms, rehab, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, Coach Tia was determined to take her new lease on life with both hands, rebuild her business, focus on everything that makes her happy, and ignore the negativities. Her selflessness and passion for life inspired others to share their stories with the world and find hope again. “I am a poster child displaying triumph, encouraging others not to give up. If I can make it despite the many limitations, they can make it too!” She passionately shares.

Coach Tia Monique believes that her continued survival despite the many obstacles is God’s master plan for her life – to help others live, hope, and win. Through her organization, “Let It Out Academy,” Coach Tia, with her team of professionals, provides personalized training for everyone regardless of demographics on how to write and self-publish any story, experience, or expertise in 100 days or less.

She thrives by helping other disabled people, particularly women and coaches, to find their unique voice and creative angle to make writing easier for a package fee under $7500. The tools and strategies developed by the academy have trained and created more than 30 bestselling authors in one year.

A go-getter, Coach Tia draws motivation from her limited capabilities to build and scale her brand for success. She infuses this in her teachings as she encourages her students to highlight their strengths and weaknesses while developing a confident mindset to rise above life’s obstacles.

In the coming years, Coach Tia Monique plans to travel across borders to speak to and motivate others to keep up the fight and win. “My goal is to help create at least 5000 award-winning, bestselling authors/speakers in the next five years,” she shares.
