Nick is an Air Force retiree and the founder of 180 Leadership Coaching, an avenue where coaches, leaders, and managers can come and learn how to enhance and sharpen their skills further to suit the changing times. Nick has more than 20 years of experience in transformational leadership and specializes in helping young leaders identify their blind spots. In doing this, leaders are empowered to improve their overall organizational structure and inspire productivity within the workplace.
His other expertise includes finding ways to improve leadership capabilities through assessments, training sessions, shadowing company operations, and coaching. Even while Nick was still active in the service, he already showed an innate passion for training others. Part of his responsibilities back then was to train military pilots in search, evasion, rescue, and escape (SERE) techniques that focused on surviving in difficult situations as well as how to endure being captured by enemy combatants.
Nick also became a Military Training Instructor, where he was responsible for training thousands of personnel. He taught them about the kind of impact they have on the organization and how they can exercise leadership no matter what their position and roles may be. Nick founded 180 Leadership Coaching when he retired to continue what he has always been passionate about: training people. As a retired veteran, he also went into doing management and leadership training for different companies, expanding his sphere of influence both in and outside the military.
