Born with a diverse family background, Dr. Elizabeth A. Carter has a Caribbean father and a Southern mother. As an empowered woman, she has equipped herself with the skills and knowledge to succeed in her craft. She holds an MS in education, an MBA in management, and a BBA in marketing. With over 25 years of work experience in corporate settings within the finance industry, Dr. Elizabeth A.
