Her goal is to make them feel that they are seen in the workplace and be more “appealing” to their companies. She makes sure to enable clarity of how these four pillars are necessary for the trajectory of one’s career. Her tips, tools, and resources illuminate the presence and increase the exposure of her clients.

This mindset and positive work ethic have been the major driving force in Dr. Carter’s world-renowned career.

As an empowered woman, she has equipped herself with the skills and knowledge to succeed in her craft. She holds an MS in education, an MBA in management, and a BBA in marketing. Furthermore, she holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation and is a Distinguished Toastmaster, making her a perfect fit as a speaker for Shawn Fair’s Leadership Experience Tour.

As a best-selling author, her inspirational books, presentations and keynotes are centered around leading oneself and others. Her reflection and action planning LEAP book series focuses on “Gaining A.C.C.E.S.S.” where access has a double meaning. The dictionary definition states that access is a way to gain entry, while the acronym means “Activities Critical to Continuous Evolution and Success for Self.” Dr. Carter also published her father’s books, “A Black First” in 2020 and the sequel “A Black First: The Blackness Continues” in 2021.
