A Certified Transformational Leadership coach with over thirteen years of experience, Nicholas Jiles is a superb facilitator, coach, and speaker who has helped thousands of people through his programs. He is also the founder of 180 Leadership Coaching, which provides one-on-one coaching for people who want to level up their leadership, career, or life. Before coming into the speaking realm, Nick served in the Air Force, where he dedicated twenty-one years of service before retiring. After leaving the force, Nick struggled to find the next phase of his life. He applied for more than a hundred jobs after retirement but experienced rejection after rejection.
But for Jiles, rejection would only appear like redirection as he stayed the course, believing that purpose and passion were beyond the previous chapter of his life. He also served as an Inspector General Superintendent and advised many of the military’s top leaders on organizational impact and leadership development. He also conducted several assessments and organizational restructure that would help improve performance and operations in the military.
It only made sense that Nick Jiles would continue down that route after entering civilian life.
