Igloo NYC, representing the Landlord, Superior Management, facilitated the lease agreement for the property. Paul Italia represented Orbital Kitchens. Igloo NYC, a leading real estate firm specializing in commercial properties, has introduced numerous operators to the area, leasing over 60,000 square feet of commercial space within the emerging 12th Street District. Orbital Kitchens expects to bring hundreds of jobs into the local area over the coming years.
