Muffik: A Creative Leader in Solving Flat Feet Problems in Children

Flat feet in children can lead to a multitude of problems that include bad posture, poor balance, chronic pain, and a lack of stimulation. A rising company, Muffik, seeks to correct this prevalent issue by coming up with creative solutions that are fun, engaging, and easy to use for children.

Slovikian pediatric gym owner Radim came up with the idea of Muffik mats with a mission to help children have fun while improving their balance and coordination and leg and foot strength. The Muffik brand sits as the first to produce textured mats globally, having registered their intellectual property over these mats. It was established after its founder developed the company’s product design across three continents with the guidance of Ostrava University in the Czech Republic. The products are crafted from nature and have been “engineered to specifically replicate sensations in our feet found in nature.”

The design of Muffik is second to none. Radim enlisted the help of floor tile expert, Igor Vikhrov. Igor has a lifetime of experience manufacturing commercial and industrial floor tiles, and Muffik was a new, fun challenge. Created in his Russian plant, Igor now supplies these tiles to Muffik retailers worldwide. Muffik is manufactured to the highest of standards with quality materials and maintains a solid 2 year warranty.

The mats feature textures of pebbles, shells, forests to “mimic the benefits and pleasures of walking barefoot over real surfaces.” The purpose of these orthopedic floors is to give children a taste of walking in different natural environments. Muffik Puzzle Floor tiles are shaped like puzzle pieces designed to engage kids for hours of fun. Unlike other typical mats for children, these do not require the complexity of connecting the mats together. Indeed, they are designed for children’s easy use.

In many countries, Muffik mats are used as a medical instrument in nursing homes, gyms, and other institutions for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation.

Muffik mats come with a wide range of health benefits for children. It contributes to pain relief and improves proprioception and balance. The tactile sensory input is endless. The texture of the mats also massages the feet and stimulates the senses. Moreover, the mat helps children’s legs and feet become stronger while allowing them to have better control over how their foot hits the ground. On top of its health benefits, the mats are perfect for playtime activities as it intrigues children and engages them for hours.

Ultimately, the company’s purpose centers on fun and children, and also on helping and supporting children with developmental disabilities. They achieve this mission through their innovative mats. Coby & Bam, importers of Muffik, have been donating one toy for every ten toys that they sell. The two have also run charity campaigns for causes related to developmental disabilities.

Today, Muffik is expected to be a best-selling product for Christmas in 2020 throughout Europe and South Korea. With that said, pre-orders are currently being accepted in the United States and Muffik products will be officially launched on November 1. To top this off, the company is currently hosting two drawings, one ending on October 20, and another ending on Black Friday. The grand prize in the October 20 drawing is featuring more than $1,000 of great toys. Enter to win here. Some of their prizes are from Sponsors: Sensory Jungle, Chewy Tubes, Harkla, Fuzzbuds, Coby & Bam and more!
