I have always had a natural ability to build a strong rapport with diverse people,” Morgan said. After being in the industry for many years, the CEO shared that he saw a gap. “I saw that there was a shortfall for nurses, and I wanted to make a huge difference within the healthcare facilities to ensure great patient care and to ultimately save lives. I was able to do this by having a genuine passion for fixing the right candidates to suited positions.”

Confident that he had acquired enough knowledge and skill to depart from the nine-to-five, Morgan took a leap of faith and started his own business. Hence, Morgans Healthcare was born. Today, the company has successfully expanded its reach from the UK to the United States. The company now generates over $250,000 in monthly revenue. The CEO’s passion for healthcare recruitment also fuels his goal to double the company’s revenue over the next few months, hire more competent nurses, and invite more recruiters to join their community.
