Marc Snyderman, Esq., a business attorney turned entrepreneur, has built Next Point Ventures. NPV is a venture studio designed to incubate, grow, and build small and medium-sized businesses. Next Point Ventures takes an active approach to investing. NPV helps companies grow organically, streamline operations, and build and execute against a corporate strategy, all to elevate value. Their approach is based on agile software methodology, which makes incremental changes while continuously improving to break through inflection points and find value.
As a venture studio, NPV is not constrained by the thesis of a venture fund. Instead, they can be disruptive and attack any vertical we want. “We believe that business is business, no matter what the vertical, and the founder or entrepreneur in that sector will almost always have more industry knowledge than us. We work to enhance that knowledge, build infrastructure and processes, and implement technology where needed to always elevate value. The work isn’t easy, but it’s rewarding,” says Marc Snyderman.
NPV’s most recent project was launched was Ukreate, an invaluable asset that is set to democratize the multi-billion dollar world creator economy. The social media agency that NPV partners with on projects was building an in-house tool to support finding micro-influencers for campaigns for its clients. NPV quickly recognized that the tool had the potential to fill a huge void in the marketplace and joined forces with them to bring this to market. The result is Ukreate, a two-sided marketplace that connects creators and brands/agencies while providing a space for transparent pricing, secure transactions, and a voice for creators.
NPV’s driving mantra is that creators are underrepresented in influencer marketing. Most competitive products look to work with large celebrity-like and macro influencers while ignoring micro-influencers needs. Conversely, Next Point Ventures takes a bottom-up approach. In addition to this, they plan to add education and training, smart contracts, and creator economy conferences as we grow.
“Simon Sinek said, ‘People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.’ I found my ‘why’ when I left Corporate America. I do what I do to help small businesses. There is nothing more rewarding than helping entrepreneurs of all ages set and meet goals and supporting them on that journey. I’m grateful to each entrepreneur that places trust in us to help them out and guide them,” Marc Snyderman elaborated.
While NPV’s projects are vast and varied, they have a common core: small businesses that need support that isn’t just capital. Capital is a necessity, but if you don’t know what to do with it and how to deploy it correctly, it won’t push through the inflection point the business is sitting in. The NPV Solution Stack takes into account all aspects of a business and brings in our tools and processes to meet those needs.
There’s a gap in the market for entrepreneurs at various inflection points in their businesses, whether that’s a start-up looking to get off the ground or a small business that has flattened or is even dipping in revenue and profitability. Next Point Ventures specializes in helping these businesses through these inflection points with a unique proprietary solutions stack of people, processes, and technology.
