Denver-based construction tech company ManyBuild Inc. is anything but a run-of-the-mill company in the real estate development business. Its establishment in 2019 has contributed significantly to the growth of the construction industry as it produced an application that leverages the ease that the current technology provides, allowing developers and contractors to meet one another in a thriving and effective online community. This state-of-the-art app is redefining the future of the industry as it is enabling developers to connect with quality-oriented labor markets from different parts of the country.
Founded by real estate developer and contractor Alejandro Lovera, ManyBuild is designed to make the construction business one of the most trusted industries in the world. Not only is the application a safe haven for promising business transactions and limitless opportunities in real estate development, it is also a community of like-minded individuals who believe in the value of producing quality structures.
The ManyBuild app is unique in the space due to it’s vertical integration with lenders, material vendors, contractors and builders. Once a general contractor or real estate investor is matched with a potential contractor, great things begin to take place. After the match, the two parties start a conversation, schedule a site visit, send estimates, sign a contract, and make arrangements for the payments. All of these can be achieved through the simple swiping of a smartphone as it is available for download at the Apple Store and Android Store. This groundbreaking tool has enabled people in construction and real estate development businesses to transact easily, smoothly, and faster. It is for this reason that the app is fondly called the “Tinder of Construction.”
ManyBuild co-founder Alejandro Lovera has been exposed to the construction business even as a young boy growing up on the beautiful island of Aruba. He was born to a mother who is an architect and a father who makes a living out of remodeling hotels. He also comes from a family of architects and contractors. To say that construction runs in his blood is an understatement.
When he came of age, he left Aruba and settled in Denver. It was there that he amassed more experience as he worked for a private real estate development company. After a few years, he went into his first venture by creating his own construction and real estate development company called Ikon Construction and Titan Capital. He has worked as a licensed general contractor and developer for nationwide corporate clients such as Invitation Homes and Zillow. He is also the general partner of his own Private Equity fund that has raised over $8.5MM and over the past year has delivered an average return of 30.92% for his investors.
Succeeding in real estate development and construction entails a lot of hard work, innovation, and strategy. Lovera knows this all too well as he grew up watching his whole family hustle in this area. He is, however, taking his potential success to the next level as he and his co-founders promote the value of maximizing technology to elevate the construction industry.
