Owner Anthony Lamacchia has empowered the company to welcome individuals and entities intending to focus on selling real estate without the burdens of managing a business, especially in a market where traditional operations face increasing pressures. The integration of Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, Massachusetts, is another milestone for the company. This well-respected group has been a leader in Bristol County, MA, for over three decades. Joining forces with Lamacchia Realty has paved the way for Briarwood’s agents to access advanced tools and systems to better serve clients in South Easton, Brockton, and the Boston Metro South area.
Emerson Realtors of Auburn, MA, a legacy brokerage with a reputation for redefining the industry since 1996, has also merged with Lamacchia Realty. This endeavor has enabled the latter to expand its reach and add a team of highly respected realtors to its ranks. Meanwhile, acquiring Sears Real Estate extends Lamacchia Realty’s footprint into the Springfield, Massachusetts, market, where Sears has dominated since 1971. This acquisition also welcomes Kevin Sears, the current President of the National Associations of REALTORS, who will serve until the end of 2026.

Massoud Atallah, a seasoned expert in mergers and acquisitions, has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President of Business Development. He brings 23 years of experience in the industry to the company, sharing his expertise in sales management, marketing, education, and franchise operations to catalyze growth on multiple fronts. Atallah is expected to foster significant advancements by recruiting and retaining talents while spearheading initiatives in New England and Florida.
