Jessica Simpson got into real estate and became a heavily touted realtor all under a year. Known as “The GOAT of Real Estate,” Jessica takes being called one of the “greatest of all time” very seriously, and it reflects on her work. She works with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in St. Pete Beach, Florida. She’s also a member of “The Vance Group,” a team of realtors working towards the common goal of achieving success for themselves and their clients.
Jessica Simpson became a realtor in January 2020, and throughout the pandemic, she hit the ground running and has enjoyed massive success during her short stint in the industry. With a focus on the Tampa/St. Pete Area, Jessica Simpson recognizes how much people appreciate her work in the real estate industry and is committed to doing more. “I am blessed, and I feel like a true champion in my soul. My success in real estate has been possible because of how much work I put in to ensure excellent service delivery. I deliver more than the bare minimum, and my clients get the best,” she says.
She was born in North Carolina and started forging her way through life all by herself. She moved out to be on her own at the age of 16 and has taken up different odd jobs, from office jobs to bartending and even bodybuilding. She was a one-time contestant in the figure division for the NPC, where she won the first-place place in an open class and novice. She won first place again in her second competition and the overall award for the figure division. Jessica Simpson has always been in one competition or the other, a trait she has found handy in her journey as a realtor. She also draws inspiration from her personal life with her family. Her oldest daughter has autism, and faces so many challenges daily. “Watching my 13-year old autistic daughter make giant strides gave me all the confidence I needed to believe that I could be and do whatever I wanted. It made me stop doubting myself, and I began to focus on my strengths,” Jessica says.
Jessica Simpson won the agent of the month award for March 2021 at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, St. Pete Beach. This recognition has strengthened her resolve to deliver impeccable services to anyone looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate. Getting into real estate was a move that spurred her in the right direction with her life. She struggled for the most part of her life, and as a single mother of two daughters, taking care of an autistic daughter who puts in the effort to do things she wants to do, gave Jessica the courage to pursue her passion. She took up real estate to show her younger eight-year daughter that she can become everything she wants. She wants her to look up to her mother and see the sheer will to pursue her dreams.
Jessica’s goal is to build her own team of realtors in five years. She also wants other people to hear and story and find something to take away as inspiration.
