Jacquel Armstrong is a talented hairstylist specializing in hair braiding, extension services and has created a brand and a name for herself in New Jersey and beyond. She is the Founder and Owner of QuellTouch, a hair salon operating out of New Jersey.
Jacquel has lived her life observing and always looking for an opportunity in the next goldmine. And although hairstyling started for her at a very young age, it was not until she put her skills into practice and saw her clients’ reactions that she felt inclined to go into hairstyling full-time, to the point of making a living out of it. And once she had made up her mind, she established QuellTouch, a first-class beauty salon to service her clients locally and globally effectively.
The standout characteristic of Jacquel is most likely her age because, in this time and age, it is rare to see a young person who is so driven and motivated to the point that they inspire other young people; in whatever percentage they exist, Jacquel is one of them. On what motivates her, Jacquel says her desire to give her daughter a better life and show her that every dream is valid and that dreams do come true.
In five years, Jacquel hopes to own at least three different hair studios in three other states and teach young entrepreneurs how to run their business ventures successfully. She also has plans of becoming a speaker of international repute.
“I want readers to understand that being a hairstylist is my first love. Doing hair is what takes my mind away from what’s going on in the world. I want readers to understand me and why I do what I do. I lost so much, and doing hair keeps me sane. It is deeper than me. I want to always keep a smile on my daughter’s face.”
