Islambek Sultanbaev on Launching Logistics Company KIO UNION and Helping Young Professionals Reach Great Heights in the Business World

If there’s anything that the growing number of young powerhouses across all industries have proven, it’s the fact that the current economic landscape is no longer exclusive to only those with decades of experience under their belt. With doors of opportunity blown wide open, the changing times, and thanks to the advent of digital technology, young go-getters can now have a shot at success. Islambek Sultanbaev, the mind at the helm of KIO UNION, is among the rising names in the business world whose list of accomplishments proves a testament to how anyone can secure a coveted spot in their target fields so long as they persevere and move forward with ambition and dedication. 

Originally hailing from Uzbekistan, Islambek finished his Bachelor’s degree in business administration at Westminster University in Tashkent. Afterward, he moved to the United States in 2018 to pursue his Master’s at the University of San Francisco, eventually earning it from Abraham Lincoln University when he transferred. 

Highly driven and full of dreams, Islambek was aiming for greater heights, so he immediately dived deep into the world of business after finishing his degree. In 2021, he poured his expertise and entrepreneurial acumen into launching KIO UNION, LLC, a logistics company that would soon be competing with industry giants.

Under his leadership, KIO UNION has now grown into a competitive and fast-growing logistics company trusted by several power players in the industry. It specializes in general freight services around the US and provides safe and on-time delivery services for prominent companies such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx, JB Hunt, Schneider, and more. 

As a logistics and supply chain company, KIO UNION leverages supply chain operations to promise efficiency and achieve on-time deliveries. Additionally, it wields the power of modern technologies to ensure high-quality carrier services. “Our fleet is monitored by modern technologies and controlled by professional dispatchers 24/7,” shared Islambek. 

Apart from spearheading the rise of KIO UNION, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Association member is also dedicating his time to partnering with companies such as West Town Cargo Inc, Green Cargo Inc, East Town Cargo Inc, Resfuta LLC, Interlane LLC, Drive X LLC, Pacifica Atlantic Logistics LLC, CVG Express Inc, Dream Carrier, and Hi-Five LLC. Moreover, he is going the extra mile to help other entrepreneurs navigate the complex waters of the logistics industry by coaching them on the A to Zs of starting and scaling a venture in such a challenging market. 

Conducting logistic-related presentations and masterclasses in local areas of Ohio, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Dubai, and more, Islambek shares his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the nitty-gritty of the logistics and supply business with young professionals. His efforts in this area stem from the desire to see others succeed in a field known for its cut-throat nature. 

In the years to come, Islambek hopes to diversify his portfolio and propel KIO UNION toward the summit. At the same time, he plans to remain a go-to source of advice for entrepreneurs who are new to the entrepreneurial realm and maneuver them in the right direction.
