Interview with Elite Cosmetic Dentist Jason L. Downey

A smile on someone’s face can be transformative. But when someone isn’t confident about their teeth, people won’t be able to see that transformation on their face. With regard to braces, what are the different types you can choose from and why would older adults want or need them?

Invisalign is the most common for adults and works great for adults because it does not cause esthetic challenges during the process- most people cannot even see the Invisalign in your mouth.

For someone trying to quickly boost their confidence or image, say for a wedding or new job, can some of these cosmetic procedures be done in one or two days?

Using digital design and CAD CAM technology we can do Veneers in 1 day in certain situation

Do some insurance plans cover cosmetic dentistry or should patients expect to pay out of pocket?

Patients should expect to pay out of pocket for cosmetic dentistry.

What separates you as a Cosmetic Dentist from other professionals in your field?

We do things differently in that we work only for our patients and not for any insurance companies, so we are not at all limited in what we can do for you. We can do whatever you need without any interference from dental insurance
