Despite all their lead generation efforts putting up stellar numbers for the company, however, eighty percent of the company’s sales have come through referrals and word of mouth. That breakdown only shows how successful the team has been, not just getting clients but truly bringing them delight.
The Buy with Rey team’s growth has been phenomenal so far. Already this year, the company has now sold nearly $19,000,000 in real estate. But to think that it took Rey one night and a few social media posts to get where he is today would be foolish. Rey’s journey into entrepreneurship began over twelve years ago. Back then, he was working a nine-to-five job and was looking for a way to exit the rat race. So he moved from one business to another, starting everything from clothing lines, music production houses, and cleaning companies in his free time.

On Instagram alone, Rafael Reyes now has over 10,000 followers. In addition, he is now starting to build out a YouTube channel where he hopes to provide people with insights and tips on how to get the best deals on real estate properties for residence or investment purposes.
Rafael also prides himself on being a bilingual realtor who can strike conversations in English and Spanish. This trait is essential, he believes, because great sales and business tactics are about building personal connections with people. And language can be a powerful tool to bring people together. Rey is currently licensed as a Realtor in the State of Massachusetts, but he has also served clients in Rhode Island, Miami, New York, and Las Vegas.
